Starscream glomps Megatron, and then with a kicked-puppy-dog look, he asks if Megatron is happy to see him. It's stuff like that, that feeds the shippers. And I admit, the Megs/ss shipper in me claims that all that scene is missing is Starscream planting a big kiss on Meg's lips.
technically, 'relationship' doesn't exclusively mean 'dating' or 'in love'. Friendship is also a relationship, so I wonder if that means enemies would also be considered a relationship? BTW, fits them perfectly.
