You have to be playing on steam which MEANS laptop or pc since the layout options is available through the steam search. At least that’s what I gather from the video

There’s also an option to put tap strafe on jump. I use it for this reason. Should be one of the first recommended in the community layouts. Easiest tap strafe is its name or something and it binds it to A/X
