This really makes me miss my old ex-cop bike Electra Glide, the only difference was" mine was completely stock with an aged yellowing of the Birch white.. really a beautiful bike, they were not fast but certainly pure class.
these old bikes will be running forever. The new over tech bikes wont be economically feasible to restore with all of the b/s it takes to get them running/ disposable, like the Japanese bikes

Hot tip: a ford 390 outer valve spring under the seat on the pogo will keep it from bottoming out.

Big mistake not running an internal throttle.
There's a good reason they quit doing that.
