I think the steering stem is supposed to be pressed out from the bottom, so if you flipped it round in your press it might have worked, not 100% sure tho.

I wasn't able to find any diagrams for the 150r specifically, most are pressed in from the bottom and out from the top but not that it's borked I might give it a go from the bottom haha. I also only have a 12 ton press, it may require more than I have.
