Yep the newer plastics kit will fit as the 2007 plastics have stayed the same all the way to the most recent model (2023)

Yes putting on plastics is very easy. I bought these off eBay which was around $100 but I’d recommend a bike polisport or a good brand name
Some of those plastics like the shrouds didn’t have a scrape on them so if I were you o would save them in case you need to replace one
