There are PLENTY of taxis here. I use them for now if I can’t walk where I need to go.

Very organised they use what they call tap n go card so you put the money on the card n tap as you go so none can overcharge even motors have meters like uber
It gets very crowded and there are long lines. Which is why most people take the motos.

I went there 3 months ago from DC ...the long trem visa I know is 90 days, the east African visa u can travel kenya uganda n Rwanda with 1 visa. If u planing to stay there for years maybe u try to occur citizenship...good luck
