My experience was terrible. I didn't have to wait in line the girls i was with are very good looking, we had never been before. It was so loud it was hurting my ears, couldn't talk to anyone, stood dancing for a while got so boring so fast then some girl came up and danced a bit then kissed me. the girls i was with said they had a friend in the smoking area so we went out and spoke to her a for a bit, she was drunk which made it boring for us. So we went back in danced a bit more and then another girl came and danced and grinded and kissed me, this time she was very good looking so didn't mind as much, couldn't speak to her because too loud, think she was drunk anyway. The girls i was with said they hated the whole experience and wanted to go, i agreed and left with them. This is after like 2 hours - what a waste of time. So we went out for very late dinner. Absolutely hate the club. Most lame boring place possible. Music so loud it's unenjoyable. Everyone is drunk and creepy. The only upside is that girls are rediculously easy which makes me wonder if they are safe in terms of STDs and stuff. Honestly most disappointing thing ever. I would rather go to a bar or pub or something and go drink there but I'm not much of a drinker. So someone explain besides free STDs what is the point of a club?

If going to a club means a huge loss of money, the chance to be hit on by creepsters, having my personal space invaded by molesters and dealing with ringing ears afterwards, I know of plenty cheaper ways to have more fun. I have a deep voice, so any place with loud music basically turns me into Charlie Chaplin for three hours because no one can hear me over the sound of bad house music or bad karaoke. I think's that's why I can't quit smoking - only place to hold a convo is out on the smoking deck. So, I'll just go out there and hang out. Go back inside for another beer and actually *talk* to people. Then hit the floor when I want to get my groove on for a bit. But then I go back to hand signals and body language.

So when you have a club full of people (maybe full of jerks) who you don't even know and only a handfull of people that you know is no fun (for me at least)
When you go/make/have a house party then you may not have that much people as you'd have in a club but you at least know them and know that okay you can go hangout with them cause they are freaking awesome (most of the times)

Not saying dump your old ones, I'm sure you have your reasons you became friends, but it's not bad to have a few different groups you can hang out with. The friends you go partying with might not be the same friends you go dirt biking with who might not be the same friends you hang around and play videogames with. You have only them and then you might feel lonely and left out all the time or frustrated they never want to give in and do the things you want to do. Having different groups to do different things with can help. It helps you get your needs fulfilled better and it helps your current friends by you not needing to rely just on them to fulfill your needs.

I love being anti-social. I'm married now, an ideal night is ordering pizza and staying home to watch movies or play video games until late. If we're bold, we'll go out late to get that cheap hamburger or late night breakfast and judge everyone coming from the clubs.
That sounds like a great plan imo. I will never go to clubs EVER! I love playing video games and eating in MY HOUSE! I am NOT the most anti-social person in the world, but I generally love to stay home and stay chill.

Real talk I only went clubbing twice and it was like $9 for a single shot. I can buy a 5th of burbon for the cost of 2 shots at the club.

I went to my first club a few months ago, did not drink or anything. But it was so damn boring. I just saw a bunch of idiots dance like they were on drugs and horny college girls making out while 4 guys are watching and taking pics. I just sat at a table where no one was at and played on my phone till the people I was with finally wanted to go home. That's when I figured out I am not a club person

I went to a club for the first time on my best friends birthday and while everyone else seemed like they were having the time of their lives but i was there in a corner with a clear soda having the worst headache of my life.
They’re just downright boring but no one is willing to admit they have nothing better to do with themselves but sit in a loud obnoxious “club”.
It seemed like that. But I am sure that, AT LEAST, half of them were tired and not enjoying it. People force themselves to go there. Do you know when a group of people all have the same opinion but they all hide it from the others because they think they are alone? That's the same situation.
If anyone there said "Let's go home" the others whould be like "We all wanted to leave anyway".
Other thing is: tell people that there are no drinks. 90% of them will leave.
I saw a group of people at a club and they were not drunk. It was kinda strange because they were just looking at each other, as if without getting drunk they could not have fun. It's ridiculous.

I personally find clubs uncomfortable... Idk, I just feel very out of place and vulnerable whenever I go out clubbing. That and I have major trust issues so I just never feel safe enough to completely let myself go and get drunk around complete strangers.

I went to “Disco’s” back in the day and this is what you got for a $5.00 cover charge: a door greeter/bouncer in a suit or tux who opened the door for you and didn’t play favorites, a coat room with a very friendly attractive lady with a personality, a smiling, hard working DJ who actually took requests, plush comfortable furniture away from the dance floor and bar so you can socialize, smiling bartenders with bow ties, vests and personalities, and depending on the generosity of the owners, a free buffet. All this for $5.00. Not all clubs were like this but some where and they made a fortune because of it. Today’s clubs are not generous, just greedy. It makes a difference. ALSO! Sometimes the owners would mingle with their guests and ask “ Is everything OK?” “Are you being taken care of?” Does that even happen in 2020?

From what I’ve heard the ones around where I am are crazy expensive for very little. I never really understood how so many people on the internet speak themselves out against clubbing. Then i realised: clubbing/raves are COMPLETELY different in america. at least as far as i know it is an entirely different club culture here in Europe. (England, Germany, Austria, Netherlands and least..)
Of course we also have "american-influenced" clubs, where it's not about the music and the party but about getting wasted and spending as much money as possible.
You just don't have proper raves going on over there, so it's no wonder so many people from the states oppose clubbing.
It's so strange, i have never experienced anything you have said in this Video (except for the Creepy dudes, they are truly everywhere and they're a huge problem for everyone, AND of course the overpriced drinks which are completely ridiculous, like up to 5 times the price you'd get them at your generic supermarket)
That's why people don't like to go to clubs, the loud shitty music, overpriced drinks and the only purpose is to get wasted. If I drink alcohol it's for taste not the sole reason to get drunk.

For example, from my experience, I go to a club, if I get there before 11pm i don't wait in any line. After that wait until 2 am. Then no lines again. Overpriced drinks... well they have to gain money somehow. But with 10€ (the minimum consumption) you can drink 3 simple drinks or 1 complex cocktail.
About creeps, normally if they start doing anything wrong they are escorted out of the club (almost every day i see 2 to 3 guys/girls being escorted for "suspicious activity". Judgemental eyes... who cares about jealous people I'm there to have fun....
Crappy DJs... unless you end up on a crappy club, you will have billboards announcing DJ CoolName where you remember from another club and it was quite nice. The crappiest DJ I got was someone quite famous from the TV, he decided to put a commercial song people showed discontent, 1 hour later he decided to do the same... well... he got hit with a plastic cup while people was "boooooing". He said sorry, and never put his ass on that club again xD
About the loudness, depends on the clubs. I like one in particular because the dance floor extends to a huge balcony. Since they can't have soundblasters outside if the club is on a city, we can calmly talk without the excessive sound.
About the end of the club night... DJs starts to put their friends music and/or crappy music. They start to slow the pace, and at club closing time the DJ leave and puts some ambient music at low volume. At this time everyone is leaving the club without being escorted. Everyone rushing to the lockers and to the pay line. While this club workers start cleaning up the mess and only need to "escort" the 5 or 10 guys that want to sleep inside.XD
After nights we just go to the pastries factories. Since they are preparing to go sell the fresh made pastries to the coffee shops and pastry shops, we can always buy a few directly from the source at a lower price.
+AnRTPgA I went to Platoon in Phnom Penh (Cambodia) a few times and it was one of the best places ever for clubbing. Before midnight they just play crappy American rap but after midnight when the live DJ comes on the music is great. There were no entrance fees when I went. Nor were there any queues. There were three of us there and a large jug of beer cost US$10 and lasted an hour or more because we were not trying to get wasted. The music was LOUD and it was hard to talk, but the loud music is why we went in the first place.
There are a few clubs in Bangkok that are also quite good, although they tend to be more expensive for drinks and might charge entrance fees. Never had to queue though because everyone is let in as they arrive. As an example, we paid about $100 for a large (1 litre) bottle of Red Label which is a little more than double the supermarket price. They provide you with bottles of Coke or soda and a bucket of ice. You can mix your own drinks at the table or wait for a staff member to do it for you for free. The four of us only managed to get through half the bottle and one of the lucky girls took it home with her when we left. The music was always good.

but you need to understand that being healthy is not impossible. Far from it. You seem to be young so you should start now.
Do some cardiovascular training first. Can be jogging,swimming or biking. Usually you would want to work in the range of 60 to 90% of your max heart rate but you should start with 40-60%.
Do it minimum 4-5 times a week about 30 mins or more. It is a bit longer because your intensity won't be very high. When running make sure that you have control of your breath. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Don't breath too fast keep a good rhythm. Before the actual jog walk for 5 mins because you need to get warmed up. Also never do static stretching before a workout.
Also drink lots of water before and after. And eat less snacks or other non healthy stuff if you do.
It'll be hard at first but once you see progress you will be super motivated and who knows you might end up enjoying it.
I've never been to a club this just made me not want to go.

It's like a temporary escape for me. We always laugh and do stupid dances for fun. Even with the creeps (and there are PLENTY) we get free drinks and get to flirt with strangers and just have a good time.

As someone who loves dancing, clubbing is the only time I can dance with cool lights, plus there’s a lot of energy from the people around me that pumps me up. I don’t really care to meet a guy, I just wanna dance with strangers and have a good time. It gets boring dancing at home by myself all the time.
I realized that it’s best to hangout with ppl who share the same interests as you which ain’t easy to find so if you gotta do shit by your lonesome fuck it so be it… I’m from a small town where everyone loves to go out bar hopping/clubbing or just drink, smoke or snort in general… It’s easy to fall into that lifestyle when you’re feeling lonely or lost but once you do you’ll realize it’s a big waste of time & it’ll only lead to depression. Not saying don’t go out at all I mean you have every right to enjoy a night out & get loose every once in a while but just don’t make it a habit. Focus on your future. Ain’t nobody gonna do shit for you period. Been caught up in that lifestyle since I was 15 up until 25-27 i started to slow dwn. Crazy i know. I’m 29 now & ive just been trying to get my shit together smh. Wasted youth. I was in the same boat with all my friends i grew up with but that ship has sank. I don’t even speak to em anymore. We’re all just trying to find our ways now.

I hate clubs. I went to a club once and on my walk home there was a girl that was leaving the club as well. Well apparently we had the same walk home because she thought I was following her. She yelled at me to stop but I ignored her because she was drunk and I just kept walking. As we continue down the road she comes up on cops across the street. She then screams bloody murder "Help! Help! he's trying to rape me!" and points back at me. I panic and run around the building and take off sprinting to my dorm (Freshman year of college) thank god I made it in time, there's no telling what could have happened if they caught me, especially since I panicked and took off running like an idiot.
That is one of the reasons I hate clubs, girls are stupid.
