    Thanks for sharing this beautiful video. I bought one of those cheaper quality covers for my yammi once. After a couple of seasons in the sun, rain began seeping thru and into my seats and filled up the footwells. Its worth getting the pricier one imo they last much longer. Ride safe!

    Yamaha is the best, I have a SVHO Cruiser. I live on a lake but like to trailer it to Lake Michigan. I go to Milwaukee, Chicago, Gary it’s great.

    I just put my deposit down today on the 2021 VXHo for my second runner.
    The engine sound you catch on this video is incredible. That bad boy just purrs...

    Do you see gators often around the lake you ride?

    Nice video, I'm thinking the same ski, do you know what top speed would be on the 3 cylinder? I missed what you said about what the yellow floating mat was for?
    Thx!

    • @BigBizTravel
      @BigBizTravel Před 2 lety

      I can only get ours to 61 mph. The yellow pad is just a floating mat for the kids to play on.

    Hi mate,
    I'm a big fella myself and getting a JetSki, I'm torn between seadoo or yammaha.. fx ho or a seadoo gtx what do you think mate

    • @lakelifefl
      @lakelifefl  Před 3 lety

      This is my first but I did not even look at the seadoo. If I were to get a seadoo though it would probably be the fish model because it has more space. I have to say though I am impressed with how ours handles, it's stability and comfortable with our top speed of 61mph.

      Check out the Sea-doo GTR 230 with audio I was going to get the FX cruiser HO
      Glad I looked further. But both are good skis just depends on preference and performance.

    Hey loved the video.
    Quick question for you, I just bought the exact same model same year and everything. Mine sits very low on the left. By that I mean it leans about two inches left and when riding I feel as though I’m going to tip left at low speeds. Have you ever noticed any kind of lean? My dealership refuses to hear me out and I’m frustrated beyond belief with it.

    • @lakelifefl
      @lakelifefl  Před 4 lety

      Glad you like the video. Ours is a little tippy at low speed but 2 inches of lean seems excessive. I don't think we have any issue with lean it seems to float level when nobody is on it.

      @andrzle Před 4 lety +1

      Lake Life FL yeah the left sponson sits completely submerged and the right sponson is our of the water with no one on the ski. And the dealership I bought it from is refusing to even hear me out so at this point I don’t know what to do

      @@andrzle I would contact Yamaha directly and make sure you tell them your dealership is unwilling to help.

      The alligators really never bother anybody unless you mess with them. You do have to be more cautious during mating season.

    What's a fair price for the same model and year used with 10 hrs. and trailer in todays market? Thank you!

    • @seaniverse09
      @seaniverse09 Před 3 lety

      We paid just over $14 k including aluminum trailer. I would not pay more than $2k over that.

      Pick the yamaha. Its the same motor that's in the gp1800. The 4 cylinder motor that have in these waverunners are very reliable. It's also the same hull as the gp1800 too.

      12 years ago I bough a See Doo my two buddies bought Yamahas. I spent half the summer with my See Doo at dealership getting repaired while my buddies had a good time on the river. What really sucks it I lived in the North so we only get maybe 13 weeks a year.

    • @kevinlegarrie7043
      @kevinlegarrie7043 Před 3 lety

      Seadoo More affordable maybe. Yamaha are known for their reliability. Seadoo does tend to end up in the shop more often than a yamaha. Seadoos plastic wear rings blow all the time. Suck up one little rock and your dead in the water. Plus the carbon wear ring in the seadoo must be replaced every 100 to 150 hours. When the carbon ring seal is worn out water will be leaking through the drive shaft into the hull. Many seadoos have sank because of a worn ring seal.
