Following formula will return the largest 3 numbers in the cells from A1 to A8.

I need to prepare a daily checklist to monitor daily work. On which answer files will be check box, text field, amount field, drop down field etc.
Same form in Excel need to be updated on a daily basis. Once the form is completed, it should be able to convert to a pdf. Thereafter once I change the date new data sheet to be added.
I mean all my data entries to be added to a single database enabling me to generate a report say weekly or monthly basis. Is it possible through Excel. If possible, what are the tools I should use ?...
