So easy it looks. Used to look at it with fear as if a complicated topic. Thanks dear Mr Ajay. Here the fourth table was incomplete because the qn was to give report of each salesman against each product, whereas reports 1st and fourth are the same. Just an observation.

I have 2 doubts
1.എന്റെ excel ൽ Pivot table ൽ amounts ഉള്ള data എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും counts ഇൽ ആണ് കിടക്കുന്നത് ,ഞാൻ പിന്നീട് ഓരോ column data യും sum ലേക് മാറ്റലാണ് , data drag ചെയ്തു ഇടുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ pivot table ൽ data sum ആയി default ആക്കാൻ വല്ല മാർഗവും ഉണ്ടോ ?
2.വലിയ datas row യിലേക്കും column ത്തിലേക്കും ഓരോന്നായി drag ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് പകരം ,all select ചെയ്തു row യിലേക്കും column ത്തിലേക്കും data insert ചെയ്യാൻ വത്ക shortcut ഉണ്ടോ ?

I tried the pivot table but didn't get the total amount it calculating total monthly count. If any idea to get daily cash,online,monthly cash total each agency wise
