i was 364 pounds, I cut off ALL carbs for 1 week. Ive never felt better. And I lost about 6 pounds! Water only and no carbs is the best thing I ever did.
Almost to that weight rn:’) sorta have a eating disorder but I’m losing weight so that’s all that matters:)

@@airdrickdoge8076 I don’t know if ur replying to me but I kinda fell off on the diet but getting back into it. Even after a week of eating whatever the progress I made from a low carb diet stayed and my skin is still much clearer and still keeping the weight off. Actually have a jawline and have confidence so it’s definitely worth it. Just stay hydrated and have high protein meals so that you don’t lose muscle.
Are you still able to continue the diet? Because most of the people cannot continue....

@@vincentvalentine11104 pounds in a week is good progress....you might be comparing yourself with someone that is 900 pounds...they can loose 100 pounds in a month and it wont be that visible....
