At 11:10 you can tell those dogs were in a "stand your ground" mode. They do not like even the friendliest of people just walking in. I know what the dogs were saying. I bet 'cha when the one lady reached out to the other lady, to hand her the gift, THAT was when she got bit. 😳😳😳

They are friends. She knocked and rang the doorbell before entering with gifts. That's how friends normally go into each other's homes 💁♀️ I always knocked on my Mom's, siblings, and friends door then walk in saying Hello, I'm here because I never go to anyone's house unexpected! The polite way is to call first, see if they're home, and never show up unexpectedly unless it's Mom and Dad's house.
It looked like she was an expected visitor bearing gifts. The problem is the dogs, they clearly have not been trained !!!

Ok, I'm old school. I have a real alarm system. I dont have a camera. If a door or window is breached- including breaking glass - the alarm goes off. Monitoring company calls, if I dont answer - they call police. I'm not that familiar with ring, etc. But, i see so many videos with people creeping all around- trying to break in- and the homeowners aren't even aware. I see their value, but dont know how safe I'd feel with one. But if i did - the first thing I'd do is change that lame greeting to: "We can't come to the door now, we're busy loading our glock..."
Depending on the owner since they might disabled notifications as they can be constant. They do have a feature that is new to me where you can pay for actual security to watch over but most people aren’t willing to pay hundred dollars for the feature.
I agree alarms are better with the piercing you cannot tolerate a few seconds. Plus you can put on your house perimeter at night 👍
