    Starting my journey officially as of 6th January 2023.
    I’m going to follow as close as possibly with a few modifications as i can’t go to the gym 5x a week so will instead spread this across 3x a week.
    I don’t have a time limit, just want to make as much progress as possible and stay consistent.

    Update: 21/02/23
    I can feel myself becoming very strong technically, and i’ve dropped body fat too but not sure how much, already getting comments that i’m slimmer, leaner lol.
    Only time will tell but i’m gonna keep riding this train and see where it leads me.
    Update: 18/03/23
    Forearms are getting huge, can definitely tell a difference, feels rock solid without even tensing, weight loss is steady as well as gains though I'd like to play this down to newbie gains, still going to continue and more updates to come.
    Update: 14/07/23
    Guys i've found some difficulty keeping the weight loss going, gains are steady (i think) but no huge changes, i've also started Muay Thai, trying to incorporate some form of combative training for all muscles so i'm down to 2 days strength training following this and 1-2 x Muay Thai, will update again soon but enjoying it and feel great, i'd advise others to start along the path, small steps first, find your consistency with your daily work routine etc and build build build.

      @@vidya952if you feel sharp pain in the joints or inside then it's not good, but if its a soreness burn then it's the muscle working (which is good) most of the time.

      @@vidya952determines on the pain. If it’s sore then don’t worry about it but if it feels like a stinging sensation then relax on it. There should be a clear difference so don’t worry about trying to depict which is which

      @@vidya952 the right kind of pain is good. But you should always listen to your body when its hurting. If you feel a sort of inflammation, or a sharp pain, something that feels wrong in your traps, even if just a little, back off so you dont hurt it permanently

    He also has increadable athlethisiscm in the manga from a fighters standpoint. Meaning that he has great balance through the muscles in his calves and legs.
    Would recommend jumping rope and sprints for this.

      Underrated comment right here. Skipping is excellent for shredding arms and even core. And develops calves and the VMO for explosive speed

      Jump Rope is such an underrated exercise. We did it every single day in Muay Thai training
      The combination of Jump Rope and staying on my toes while sparring made my calves size EXPLODE. I literally never even had to do calf raises.

    Something fun to try i've been on a consistent push pull legs workout since 4 months, needed some change so here we go all into this challenge
    I personally like the back and my front delt genetics i have ugly forearms and chest tho, legs are strong
    starting this plan as of tomorrow, for burning fat i've thought of playing a game like basketball after my workouts, Wish me luck, I'll give updates

      @@raadyabroudi-na2197 Hi, 1 year later I got an overall good physique (not as big as toji tho) however I can assure you the most deciding factor is consistency, I improved both in strength and looks but this is my 3rd year training, 2nd in the gym. Focused exercises like the ones in the video will help but the exercises that truly build your body will be compounds (bench, squat and others). I would recommend having a split that's good for you, I like push-pull-legs a lot because I can train 3 days a week and have 1 day dedicated to cardio. The most important thing tho will always be your consistency and sticking to your training and diet.

    I was doing Push Pull Legs Split but let me just say that after just watching this video..
    From tmrw.. I'll be following TOJI SPLIT.. i sit at 92 kilos and 26% body fat.. upper body is cool lower is cool too.. got some issues around waist and love handles.. ig calorie deficit will work its way given enough time..
    Wish me luck guys.. I'll take this split till 26th April, 2024.. Lets see how this goes..

      If you don't have a barbell you could do dumbbell Romanian deadlifts and goblet squats. If you don't have dumbbells you could do bodyweight squats, lunges, and nordic curls

    As far as anime bodies go Toji is honestly pretty peak for someone looking to get big and shredded. Going to take 4-5 years without "help" though so dont get discouraged if it doesnt instantly happen.
    For chest though, I'd skip the push ups and hit flat and incline DB presses instead.

    but ben i think you missed a really important part training obliques is really imporant for an hourglassed shape / small waist the only important part is not to train obliques with heavy weights because that makes them larger but you should absolutely train them so they get defined

    Ok, I’m going to try and do this for 6 months. I am 18 soon to be 19 years old. I weigh 65-66 kg and measure 183cm, I’ve never been able to gain weight because of a very fast metabolism. However in the last month or so, I have gained 4-5 kg (idk how). My shoulders, back, traps and legs are a little developed compared to my chest, arms, forearms and abs.
    My main aim with this, is obviously to get bigger but also to get stronger (like for example to be better at pull ups and push ups because I’m so bad at them).
    I drink 3+ litres of water a day and eat sometimes healthy and sometimes not (basically just trying to eat as many calories as I can).
    Equipment is just dumbbells.

      Update :
      Week 1 Done ✅, I just weighed myself at 68.8 kg (+3.6kg from day one).
      The full body workout is something you have to get used to and therefore the rest days are nice and crucial for recovery.
      I might add alternate calf raises and bicep curls every over day.
      And because I’m a football coach, and play football with my mates, that covers cardio workouts.
      Anyways good week,I will update next week !

      Week 2 half done. I had to miss some days because I didn’t have the time to do it, however I do weigh approximately the same (68.5kg) and it looks like I have a little less fat in the abs area.
      I’m back today so I can restart the workouts

      Rows are best if you have access to a barbell. They allow you to use heavier weight and more muscles. Lat pulldowns are also good though. Try both and see which one allows you to feel your lats more.

    I’ve 3 weeks doing it 3 times a week due to karate lessons, gonna update as frequently as possible. So far my forearms have been getting shredded and the area near the elbow is getting big, I’ve not had this mass here 4 days ago. Also my biceps have been getting bigger. Wish me luck kings
    5/5 week 4:
    Veins have appeared on my biceps and shoulders, not very prominent but noticeable. Also most of my upper body and arms are hard without tensing, thights are getting huge and steel-like hardened. My back also feels stronger and my posture overall is even better. Yesterday I got asked if I was hitting the gym due to being “stronger and faster”
    12/5 week 5
    My calves are on fire and betting big, my grip is pretty strong and some gains in the chest are present. Both biceps and triceps are more present and shoulders are getting pretty strong. Fat loss is present yet I’ve almost gained 1/2 kilos

      Yea it's basically an extended range of motion lateral raise using plates instead of dumbbells. You really don't need to use heavy weights with this exercise it's great

      Just use a regular barbell or dumbbells for shrugs

    Man toji is cool but i ve excerised before jjk animated because i was special forces. But the problem is, i did al these things hundreds everyday distributed among my free time and my body couldnt shape up that much. I suppose it should be the diet factor. I eat so may food and even increases my blood sugar to the point that i goes from 50 kg to 80 kg in 3 weeks and now im 72 with some muscles and a little abs. I ve did routine PE like 10x3 push ups everytime im free the whole week and still not as solid as toji. Can u correct which part im missing? Thanks

    There s no win in doing lateral raise overhead because its makes no sense, if u just do lateral raise correctly using obly ur middle head of the shoulder starting slowly in the point where the weight cant be feeled in ur shoulder then going progressively fast till ur elbow reaches ur neck height,trust me ur shoulder will burn after 3 series of this if done correctly and also pull the weight up with ur elbows not ur arms

      You can skip farmer's walks and just do an extra shrug variation, like dumbbell shrugs or barbell shrugs. Shrugs are excellent for building your traps and forearms

    What would you do for bicep tricep exercise?

      For biceps you can do barbell curls, dumbbell curls. For triceps you can do tricep pushdowns, french press, close grip bench press

      Not unless you train it excessively. Training abs 2-3 times a week will make your abs look better
