    Ingredients:
    Oil - As Required
    Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tbsp
    Onion - 2 Large Cut In Half Rings
    Red Chili - 4-5
    Curry Leaves - 2-3 Stalks
    Ginger/Garlic Paste - ¾ Cup
    Tomato - 3 Medium Sized Cut Into 4 Wedges
    Crab - 2 Kg Roughly About 5-6 Crabs Cleaned and Desheled
    Coconut Milk -1/2 Shell (Meat) of Pressed Coconut Milk (500-600ML)
    Cumin Seeds Powder - 1-2 Tbsp
    Chili Powder - 5-6 Tbsp
    Water -Some To Dilute The Mixture
    Salt - As Required
    Curry Leaves -3-4 Stalks

    Simple ingredients..! I tried it today and the outcomes is so good. I thought it might be too spicy but when it's combined with the coconut milk, it taste so good and rich too.. thank you for the recipe. Please share sura puttu recipe. Looking forward!!!

      Yes, you may but you won't get the richness, rather substitute with evaporated milk.

      Hi! Thank you for commenting 😄 Normally I would buy and use directly but it also depend on the type of Pan/wok. The wok/kuali I'm using in this picture is the normal kind; aluminum one I believe. But if Chinese work or cast iron Pan or tava cast iron Pan. Definitely seasoning need to be done step by step and also maintenance is important also. Probably in the future we will make one video ye. For now you may refer on CZcams or Google. I'm sure there's a reliable source, that you can refer too. I hope that helped you. Have a good one ye 😄
