What idea of questioning? For questioning, we must have the skill of logical reasoning, which is already taking its last breath. When such a bill is even being entertained by the govt, it should be us the citizens who should voice against it and force them to take back the bill. But will anyone do that? Or how many will do that? Or better, how many people have even the brain cells required to think about the repercussions of such a bill? Very few like the ones commenting. Unforturately, we don't count. The govt doesn't require nor does it care for us. One should be delusional to even think that questioning is a possibility in today's India.

Why don't such bills get challenged in courts? They are clearly in violation of our free speach and right to information. Though they say a person will be appointed to monitor but the terms they are using must be defined properly like violative, abuse etc. And even courts provide us such rights to challenge such bills which are in violation to our rights.

Why is democracy a necessity ? if Gandhi can ask Sardar Patel to withdraw to make Nehru the PM .. killing the Democracy as soon as it gets established .. we shouldn't focus on India being a "Democratic" nation at first. I don't think there's any bad thing if India turns into a dictatorship under a RSS lead party. Why no one thinks about Privatizing a nation, or getting a Dictatorship or Presidential form of Government other than the ones laid down 100 years back ? isn't it better when focussing on the fact that most of the representative faces are corrupt ?
Or bring an exam even harder than UPSC level examination to qualify to run for elections. I can vouch for that.
