The wealth of nations is their people. Open intellectual exchange enriches everyone; it is the opposite of the zero-sum game. We discuss the decades-long engagement between the cities of Perm and Louisville, facilitated by their Sister Cities relationship, and some of its outcomes.
We focus on the growth of academic and scholarly collaborations between PGU and the University of Louisville, the benefits and products of that collaboration, and issues for future collaboration.
