    Let's get one thing right, If Leicester win the league then that will undoubtedly be an amazing underdog story, but we're still 6 games away... and that one is still developing!
    The Western Sydney Wanderers went from inception to Champions of Asia within 2 seasons, so we had to tell their story.

    • @donovanpearce3217
      @donovanpearce3217 Před 8 lety +7

      But we watch Leicester city week in, week out and they are pissballing the prem, love how they are to soon win the league in what is considered the most difficult and prestigious league on football, shows you don't need money to win he prem but skill...

    • @robbiecale3327
      @robbiecale3327 Před 8 lety +7

      +Donovan Pearce That's just wrong, the Premier League is definitely not regarded as one of the most difficult and prestigious leagues in the world. Far from it. Have you seen how the top EPL teams fare against the biggest teams in other leagues? We suck. So saying that is wrong and I highly respect Leicester for what they've achieved but skill is not the right word to use. Repetition and simple football is the correct way to describe it as they've just stuck to what they're good at and what they're good at is having a lot less possession against their opponents but scoring in the counter. Which is very smart. But I had to inform you

    As a Wanderers fan from day one, I had to fight back the tears through the whole 16 minutes of this video. This club means so much to us. When we drew 0-0 in Saudi Arabia to win the Champions League, it was the morning of November 2nd, my birthday. I was too anxious to sleep during the night and wake up for the kickoff, so for the rest of that day when my family took me to lunch by the seaside I could barely keep my eyes open, but nor could I wipe the smile off my face. I wore my jersey and scarf out, people who had seen the score were coming up to me and congratulating our club, people who hadn't seen the score were asking "did you win?!", when I replied the reaction was always the same, "oh my god!". It's a day I'll never forget. One of the happiest of my life.

    I'd love to win the shirt because being a WSW fan isn't easy here in Mexico. Waking up at 1-3 in the morning to watch the games online (because they're not televised) and give my support. The worst is that we don't even get wsw merch, no shirts, no scarves, nothing at all.
    So winning the shirt would me a lot to me and it'd somehow bring me closer to the team I support.

      +Copa90 I've been with Western Sydney from the start, at the very first training session to the very first game and the very first finals series and Grand Final. I've been a volunteer for the club and I've been a passionate fan for the club. I have been to every single Sydney derby and I was there when we made history and Tomi Juric scored that crucial first leg goal against Al Hilal. I love this club yet five years ago it didn't exist

From the atmosphere they created at the Sydney derby to their tireless work and sacrifices during the fan protests to the CEO on the verge of tears when retelling the story of the club. This club and their story is at the forefront of Australia's newfound love for the game and I can't think of a better person or bigger fan of the club and game than Tat. Been a part of this club since the beginning, and i regret nothing. This club has changed my life since it was born, and I will follow it through thick and thin till i die. I was in that crowd in the square at 4:00 AM when that final whistle was blown, biting my hand off, the most dense 90 minutes of my life and that moment will stick with me forever, was running on pure euphoria for the next week.
    This club got me playing football again and as a goalkeeper, Covic will forever be a hero to me personally, as a club legend, and for Australian football as a whole. I already have my signed jersey, it's been with me to every match possible, including that match for the plate at newcastle, the ACL final, both the grand finals and every match in between. i think i should win the shirt because i love the Wanderers
    i supported Sydney Fc but as soon as the wanderers arrived i couldn't help but fall in love. I was so happy and overjoyed with what they achieved in their first two seasons and amazed with their pride and passion
    to come from nothing and do that is so amazing and i absolutely love the club
    Sadly i live 14 hours away from sydney since i moved to queensland but i havent stopped loving the club one bit and i watch every game on tv and would love the shirt to show the pride i have of being a wanderer and hopefully to travel to wanderers games in the future.
    Great Video Copa 90 and i love this story because it shows that football is all about pride passion and belief and anyone can do anything if the believe and try hard.
    thanks copa 90
    love you guys and keep up the great work.

    Amazing story. I'm familiar with the name of the club, but never knew the story behind it. These things are only possible in a videogame, but they managed to do it for real. Also nice to see Ono, amazing player before the injuries in his years at Feyenoord. Like to see more of this club in the future.

    I'd love that shirt. Grew up in western sydney but moved back to Indonesia for family reasons. Been working in East Timor for the past few years and I always try to catch all the games at the only aussie pub that has foxsports in East Timor. I remember that euphoric feeling when we won the ACL, very similar to the feeling when Australia beat Uruguay in Pens. Would have loved to be a member if I was still living in Sydney (a lot of my school mates are). I visited Sydney last year and saw my first live game at Pirtek. Winning this shirt would give me the feeling that I am part of you guys even though I am living in another country. Come on You Wanderers!

They're a true family, and the reason it's so good to me is because it's so unique to what we in the U.K. are used to these days. There is no club in the premier league left with that real family feel between club and fans, not even my club Liverpool.
