Flying Turbines is a lot of fun, I now have 3 and I think this Freewing Avanti S V2 is probably my favorite! It really does fly amazing. The little Jetcat P20 powers this Airplane perfectly!

That sounded like the bendix clutch on the starter making the noise.
Instead of trimming all the way up, assign the turbine to a switch. Flip the switch, slide the throttle...easy peasy. Also allows faster shutdown.

Wow thats amazing. The exhaust temp is really high, I'm surprised it doesn't melt even with reflective tape.

Instead of turning the travel down in your transmitter, you should move the linkages in on the servo arms. Decreasing the travel in your transmitter hurts its resolution and the positioning accuracy of the control surfaces.
