- hi guys, here's my ride impression of the new 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 where I express where the overall ride feel has now changed with the inclusion of the USD forks and fatter rear tyre and also the some electronic aids that have now been included in this new update.
What is this 6th gear obsession I really don't get it. You don't always need a 6th Gear if the ratios are done right.
6 speed bikes are very smooth, excellent on highway vibration free, high performance and reliable compared to 5 speed.
Always buy 6 speed gearbox, N250 is an outdated 5 speed gearbox overpriced bike, don't waste your money and time, there are better options in 6 speed go for that

Well said...there are popular motorcycles who have proven their mettle on the highway cruising department, such as RE classic, Meteor 350, Honda CB 350 etc...all have 5 speed boxes...why all this fuss about 6 speed...?
One thing I'm really happy that Bajaj genuinely listens to their customer feedbacks and what they can improve.. usd, 140section tyre is the example
Pulsar n250 looks stunning in new black colour . As a owner of n250 i can say the bike overall ride and feel is awesome , the engine can pull easily in any gear with pillion as well , torque on offer really makes a difference . This is a punchy machine which is easy to maintain too. I love ❤️ n250

A lot of people are upset that the N250 has 5 gears, even though it wasn't meant to have 6. Many are claiming that you can modify the engine and do a 6 speed swap/conversion. Please tell us, what is possible and what is not.
Bajaj wont provide 6 speed for this engine i am 100%sure.
For 6 speed they need to redesign the engine and its transmission.
They wont be spending their time and money in R&D of this engine except for future BS 6,7,8.....
May be i future if bajaj comes up with a higher cc engine they may provide 6 speed.
Bajaj has Dominar 250 with 6speed gears.

Hi Dino, I need your suggestion at present I am using Pulsar RS BS3 and I am upgrading my bike with the latest 250 N or 400Z
Updates are good, but the console. We need the old one back. In the competition of 200-250 cc commuters, this bike, as of right now, out performs the rivals like Fz25, rtr 200, xtreme 200 touring etc. However, gixxer 250 is a bike, that is far better than all these, only the price is higher.

Hii dino 2024 n250 wheelbase shortened by 9mm does this makes any major impact, btw any wobbling issues in High speed due to shorter wheelbase?
From my personal use of the 2024 version of this bike rn (i own the white color) the bike wobbles after 130-135kmph
But again most of us aren't gonna ride this bike at those speeds constantly 😂 i was jus on my first trip w this bike and on an expressway so i thought why not check how fast this goes!!

Personally i dont feel any need of many electronic feature things in bike, just a good tyre and brake , rest your riding skills that commands on your life cycle of any bike as well as you in day-to-day commute.

Which tyres are best for ns200??
Its torquey engine unlike the NS and does not need a 6th gear. Don't know why the sixth gear is still in discussion.

Simply one of the cheapest, fully loaded, bang for the buck 250 out there. There is nothing to complain -- literally nothing for the price, performance and equipment.

i drove the n160 and i truly miss the 6th gear the smoothness decreases after 60-70 kmph coz of this
Pulsar ki 150 180 n150 n160 ns160 220f f250 n250 in sabhi me company ko 6 speed gear box dena chahiye. par pata nahi kyun nahi dete. 6 gear box ke sath highway par long running me kum RPM par jada speed aur jada mileage bhi milega.
Learn from TVS how exhaust is made ....the sound of TVS Bikes are unmatched in their segments....

How is the suspension and seat quality?
Can it reach 90kmph with ease with a pillon. I have a apache RTR 200 but the engine feels stressed while reaching 90. Where as I don't feel so in my Himalayan

Both are totally different bikes. N250 is for city riding & occasional highway tours. Vitpilen 250 is the absolute performance beast in 250cc segment. It even eats the duke 250 & gixxer sf 250 so how you're comparing N250 with it...😂

This is overbored pulsar 220 engine. It's 2v. Dominar 250 is what shares the engine with duke 250.
...Bajaj has done a fab job ❤❤ still this bike should have:
1. High rise , comfy clip on handle bars like ns200.
2. Weight is too much man , 164 kg is beyond my understanding , it needs to shed atleast 5 to 7 kg.
3. Usd r said to be soft which is not acceptable, it has to be firm to give that sharp handling.
4. Hazard lights r a must have safety feature which it misses.
5. Dominar rear view mirrors would have looked much better then these ones.
