    The new mic is vastly superior in quality. Very cool.

    Didn't realize that the distance of the fog was what lead to the debuffs and negative conviction. Thanks for the info, good video and the new mic! Looking forward to more tips videos!

    You can use suprior repell fog to mine for crystals if you let it over take large sections before pushing it back again. This is an easy and early way to get high levels of potions or food/wands.

    Nice tip video. Noticed on my playthrough today that the length the fog will travel is shown during the day by the red tendrils extending from it. That way you can tell what will be consumed by it

      That is a great tip that I should have included in the video!

    As you progress in the tech tree you unlock tools that allow you to automate the production of the advanced materials. Once you have a steady stream of them it becomes fairly easy to afford the more exotic requests for the spell..

    Thanks for the video ❤ very useful tips~ after playing MoM for a bit I feel like the lack of tutorials is a means to figure out how the gamer approaches the games. Just to see how well people are able to figure things out on their own, and what unique approaches they may go about using what tools are available to them for a solution. Example I went through was medical beds. Didn't know you could cure insomnia terror, etc. so I ended up retiring them in place of other students that seemed competent enough. Pros and cons cause I have some powers at hand I didn't before and vise versa. Another would be research when certain things (like plants) require a certain lvl and there are no notifications before researching those lvls. Main thing I'm getting at is we're guinea pigs willing to go through their experiments so they can refine the final adaption to the best of their abilities for what seems to work for the majority of that collective.

    Awesome tips!! Please do a video like this about combat! I find building the parties for exploration and combat specially hard, because it’s so difficult to know which races/elements have better stats and spells 😫

      Thank you for the suggestion! I have a new tips video that I think will be out tomorrow, but I will try to do a combat guide after that!

      @DeniseRafih It's difficult to attach screenshots here - CZcams deletes all links.

    Nice, compact vid with a lot of useful info!
    Did I got it right, crystals have a chance to spawn every time you repel the fog?
    Also, can stone & metal replenished in any way? Since they're not getting used up permanently (when you disassemble a building/furniture, you get back 100% of resources), just limit the max amount of buildings you can have.

    • @Wympy1
      @Wympy1  Před 8 měsíci +2

      Yes, Crystals have a chance to spawn when you repel the fog. From what I can tell, Stone and metal do not respawn but you can get more from the underschool/other fights

    Fog aegis info ??

  • @skraelmix
    @skraelmix Před 8 měsíci

    Anyone know how fog aegis works? I built one on either side at the edge of the fog, filled the ward and waited. The fog ate both my agii

    • @Wympy1
      @Wympy1  Před 8 měsíci

      I don’t know specifics, but it seems to slow down the fog once it’s eaten by the fog. And yeah, you lose the aegis when that happens. Not super worth it in my opinion, except maybe to get Trapdoor Vines

      @@Wympy1 @skraelmix As far as I know, Aegis stops fog right in front of them. Each Aegis can hold back the fog's power by 0.3 (this is written if you click on the Aegis). Thus, to hold the fog at a distance every day, you need to have 4 Aegis. After holding the fog, the Aegis loses its charge and must be fully charged by someone who can do the Ward job. You need to choose a place where it will be comfortable for you to hold the fog (so that it is not far to run to recharge the Aegis + the mages feel calm from the long distance to the fog). Remember that when you drive away the fog, you get crystals with expensive resources. Therefore, you can put Aegis only on one side of the house - and build a house in this direction, allowing the fog to advance from the other side, so that it can be driven away, receiving crystals with gifts.
