I like how in Dave’s ballad you can hear the start of megalovenia. It’s a small detail but it has me wheezing.
This was our little homemade corner of hell and never have I felt prouder of the best abomination to society that's ever existed on this mortal plane in this hellhole of a timeline.
Maybe it’s just the months spent behind the scenes, but listening to this while driving on the highway at night got me feeling Emotions

So Ok.
The Baby Is June is something a lot of dawgs and homeslices I know have really being looking forward. Its functions as a "soft reboot" for a "modern era" of the original The Baby is You made Toby Fox, which is basically as far from the truth as it can be. While The Baby is You was like getting run over by an ice cream truck while high on a totally radical and highly deadly mixture of bath salts and crack cocaine, The Baby is June is that same ice cream truck giving you a sonic ice cream pop weed edible as you are high on ketamine. Instead of having all those dramatic and incredibly stupid silly side plots about people wanting to eat the baby or kill the baby or also be pregnant but just fat, its literally just about Dave having a baby and the baby is June. Its edge has been sanded down to an enjoyable if stupid and basically unnecessary reboot. That isnt to say its bad, this is about the only canon June content those thirsty homestucks are probably are going to get in a while. The music is excellent as usual for Funk (JoJo) McLovin, giving a smooth jazzy feel to the whole project. Karkat is a soft uwu boy who dreams of living a cottage but damn if that voice isnt sexy as fuck. Is there a point? Who the fuck cares, its just harmless fun. Now if you'll excuse me, im going to make out with my hawt boyfriend, GameBro.
