Should you even be passing data in view controllers ? What about separation of concerns?
Subjective. You can pass around models in VCs in my opinion. Using raw data is not advisable

Pass data :-
Textfields :- we are entering 5 texts in viewcontroller 1
Labels :- what we entered texts it il be showing in 5 labels in viewcontroller 2
Save :- save data
Again :- second time same repeat above other data.. It can be save it
Output :- data 1
Data 2 displayed in labels viewcontroller 2..
