I respect Yogi as a high level intellect. There is no such thing as a simpleton major league catcher. It is the most cerebral position on the field. I can't think of a catcher who did the mental part anywhere close to Yogi's level.
Truly loved him. Great ball player better person! Today's ballplayers could certainly learn from his humility!

Loved the story but it seemed like the family wanted recognition that Yogi would have never cared about.
The Yankees won so many pennants because Yogi called the pitches every day.
