Bro im not even sure if Kamaru realises himself, but his knee injuries start from his flat feet. I had an ex girlfriend who had flat feet and she had chronic knee pain. If she walked too far she would have to take a break. Knee pain and flat footedness have coexisted for quite a while and its surprising how some people like Kamaru are unaware that his own feet are the root of his issue. I heard him talk about his knees on joe rogan when they spoke about PEDS. But when i watched the leon fight back, and they showed a picture of Usman infront of the green screen, I noticed his flat feet straight away. The curve we have under our feet relives pressure on our knees, but imagine that not being there. Your knees will naturally face inwards and cause a lot of pressure on the inside of the knee. Especially when you are holding your entire bodyweight.
Weird how he can't practice running or put pressure on his knee joints but somehow has unreal cardio... must be something in the water 💉💉💉 That something is EPO and steroids for those that didn't get it.
This is unfortunately the case with a lot of high level wrestlers and the cost. And they never commit to correcting it cus they can’t afford the time off. The mma canvas and bjj mats do not help one bit, so in that way wrestling has a price in mma.

Too many haters
I think it’s the EPO and PEDs that does it for the majority of haters
Maybe if they didn’t take steroids so blatantly they wouldn’t have so many haters. Especially Adesanya, there are no excuses he can make anymore after his gyno came back a second time. He never really had one to begin with tbh

Sadly this is the truth for a lot of elite athletes you exchange glory for injuries and joint problems the body can only take so much and to be at the top requires work that not even the body can handle
Leon is gonna spam Oblique kicks
It sounds like Kamara is going to take the belt back and retire.
I don't buy that it's that bad tbh! He walks around for press conference fine.its just something he says so that can sell his story.
Or bait his opponents on spamming low kicks, thus easy takedowns for Usman
Well for one he’s a tough MF and for two, why would a fighter walk around limping like a wounded gazzelle amongst a bunch of dudes who wanna take him out? 🤔
Much respect to fighters, punching a human or objects in your 20's versus in your 30's and later is a different type of pain. Bones heal slower in older stages of life.
Leon says thank you for giving him a game plan.
why do people always put that same picture of joe rogan for the subtitles😂😂
Dam I have messed up my left knee in bjj practice and I never returned bc a year later it’s still not the same . My knee pops a lot and sometimes is painful . The stability seems off as well . I can’t imagine being a top of the line mma fighter and haveing a knee or any injuries like that ..
"Take time with a wounded hand, 'cuz it likes to heal." -Scott Wieland
I remember when this podcast first dropped, it felt like Joe was broadcasting to all of Usman’s opponents that His knees were bad lol.
This is almost like broadcasting to the world, when DC was fighting, if you fake to the body, DC has a high tendency to bring his head down and he’ll be wide open for a head kick 😂
If Rogan did that , he was out of line. His job as an announcer is to describe the fight, not give an advantage to 1 fighter.
The Yoda theory. You can be badass. But it costs you time at the end of your life.
Yoda was like 900 years old though…
@joesheridan9451 I know right worst comparison ever.....AND Yoda was still OP at old age just like Usman
I wouldn't want people pointing out my weaknesses like this
Thinking about Usman and Leon fighting again is like watching your two older brothers fight.
He still doesn't use it as an excuse. Man even went into a fight with a broken nose before and still won.
Incoming Leon calf kicks in the rematch.
STP wrote a song about it.
Them steroids eating his knees up

That has to be an intense 25 minutes fighting as a champion for every step and wrestling just hurting himself with every step
Leon be like, kick kick kick kick kick
Imagine kamaru with good knees💀
If there was a Jon jones in welter weight, kamarus whole mma career would end from a popped knee or broken leg.
Them oblique kicks oooooff
Leon: Interesting 🤔

Usman is done. Imagine if he fought Khamzat. Rip

Weird how he can't practice running or put pressure on his knee joints but somehow has unreal cardio... must be something in the water 💉💉💉 That something is EPO and steroids for those that didn't get it.

Leon gotta start doing those Jon Jones leg kicks right on the kneecap
True legend Usman is a beast

Jogging backwards helps knee pain. Just saying, working sleds backwards also builds the correct muscles around even an old outdated knee
This is unfortunately the case with a lot of high level wrestlers and the cost. And they never commit to correcting it cus they can’t afford the time off. Kumaru trained in the freestyle circuit and he even sparred with the likes of Cael, but the price is universal for a lot of em. The mma canvas and bjj mats do not help one bit, so in that way wrestling has a price in mma.
Most it’s not a lot of wrestlers if they finish all five years of college wrestling, which is very difficult to do have a rap sheet full of injuries
Wow. Such a hero. Hahaha. Lmao. Let's go Leon!!
Leon is like....leg kicks ✔️
Isn’t that what he always does

Walking backwards is great for knee muscles. Or building muscle around the knees I should say.
Joe should shout out the ATG program
From experience it fucks with you not to do what normal people do. I'm not even a fighter and not to be able to walk on solid ground without it without being in so much pain it does something to you as a man
