It's better to take rest because it's beneficial for us and animators
So heres the thing , one jjk animator on twitter said that the episodes which we were seeing is just 30% of the finished episode that animators expected . The main problem is that they are just given a week to complete the episode and they are not really satisfied with their final product . So what i meant was that even the 30% of the animation looks crazy if the animators were given more time they could have done their 100% of what they expected from their final product . Sadly we cant complain for it now even when we had more expectation on the animation . But really appreciate the jjk team for their hardwork and fk mappa .
Actually ya got it wrong we are seeing 70% of the finished episode of 17. Up to episode 16 it was complete
Ep 16 and 17 was made for over 4 months ,ep 8 and 14 was made in weeks
16 and 17 are just higher in priority
Animators are also sad due to time constraints they are unable to give their best I would not mind if they take a break for a month and give their best rather than being forced by officials to meet deadlines and completing work just for the sake of it . I was sad when i found out 1.5 years were given for JJk season 2 but they were also forced to animate Chainsaw man in between showing how greedy the top official specially the CEO of Mappa is

Season 1 animation was masterpiece but i am disappointed by sukuna vs mahoraga animation we clearly see the difference it was just like fan made meanwhile in season 1 gojo purple on hanami was pure animation
The reason is animators are exhausted they need break they're doing overtime the last episode is made in a week i think they should stop take a break and come back again

It is not mappa studios animators problem, every company (not only anime) have the same problem. Japanese Govt. need to do this something or Japanese animators and mangakas must be go full on protest like American director and actor/actress. Then maybe Japan govt could do something.

Well... i knew ki halat animators ki work conditions achi nhi hoti like its a well known fact. But shayad isme hum fans ki bhi thodi bahot galti ho sakti hai. Sure i love anime like its a big, HUGE, part of my life. Mai legit TV dekhne ke bajaye ott platforms par anime hi dekhti hu. But iska matlab ye nahi ki mai ye chahti hu ki mere pasand ki chiz jo bana raha hai wo suffer kare. But I think ki hum un creators ko support zarur kar sakte hai by saying " IT'S OKAY TO TAKE YOUR TIME. AND IF IT'S TOO MUCH, JUST TAKE A BREAK TO RECHARGE. " Sorry for ranting but that's just my opinion...
