It's important to note that Viltrumites can hit even harder while they are flying. The way they fly is that they actually move space around their bodies, meaning they can build up a tremendous amount of force.

Low ball estimates still put him at around 5000 with high ball around 15,000. Canon at least. If we include from the special with a zenkai boost pre-ssj, he could be upwards of 25,000 which is likely planet level consider Vegeta at 18,000 it was implied his Galick Gun could destroy the Earth or at least damage it enough to cause permanent severe damage to the world.

Pretty fair, using Bardock here was probably a wise choice, he's pretty close to Nolan in overall power (in Base).

To be fair though Bardock is already planet level in DBS Broly and the DBZ Bardock Special where I think he is a tad weaker than his Super counterpart. Realistically base Bardock would have been more than enough, this was a great animation though.

Since both genes are highly dominant, we don't need to worry about one making the other inconsequential and the person gets both benefits. Viltrumites have a higher untrained durability than sayains do, an insane healing factor, they can live on with heavily mortal wounds, can hold their breath for weeks. Put that on Goku and you have a needlessly strong saiyain. Put that on broly and that's a multiversal apocalyptic event

There is a huge difference between overpowering a unstable planets GBE and completely vaporizing one.
There is one big misconception in the whole community about Planet level in Dragon Ball. Technically Piccolo vaporizing the moon was more than enough to overpower earth's GBE.
The gravitational binding energy of a system is the minimum energy which must be added to it in order for the system to cease being in a gravitationally bound state.
Bardock's 10000 is dwarf star level since 10000 means any planet and considering planet with 10 times gravity is a normal in DB that's one heck of planet to destroy.
When Frieza destroys Planet Vegeta it's atleast 2.46 tenatons Dwarf Star Level. (lowest),
24.6 Tenatons Small star level (highball) and this will still require just 10000 since even if planet Vegeta is 10 times denser than earth at 55.1 g/cm^2 it's still a planet .
Fun fact : The densest planet discovered is K2-38b which has a density of 17.5 g/cm^2 which is still 3.14 lower than Vegeta.
Now Bardock with his Non canon SSJ should have a output of 123 Tenatons (Lowest). He should be able to destroy M8V to M9V type stars which are just a little below our Sun.
Fun Fact 2 : Bardock around the time of his death surpassed King Vegeta both in the size of balls and power. The low class Saiyan Rambo died more powerful than the Royals of his time.

As soon as bardock went super saiyan it was just decided. Bardock was already slightly stronger or relatively equal to omni man and then just got 50x stronger. The fight was decided from the beginning. I'm pretty sure in db just 2x the powerlevel of your opponent allows you to completely manipulate your opponent's energy or something like that, so bardock would be able to do that 25 times over.

It would've been less than a millisecond because the Masked Saiyan is a Dragon Ball Heroes character who are all stronger than the Gods Of Destruction and probably even the Angels. Nolan is extremely fast to the point where he could probably out speed High Tier Namek Saga characters but in terms of pure strength he's weaker than Raditz.
The Saiyan race (hope I spelled it correctly lol) would wipe out the viltrumite race without a breaking a sweat, I like how Bardock punched through Nolan and it looked like he kicked his head off? 😂
the heart punch was a nice touch, Nolan can probably survive a fist through the gut (he has survived that before) but damaging the heart disrupts viltrumite healing.

Omni man has yet to show anything capable of being close to a planet buster, considering Bardock was one of the strongest Saiyans before his planets destruction (canonly proven by the Zenkais he got from constanty fighting and going on missions) he'd be stronger than king Vegeta who was shown to effortlessly wave away 2 planets and a moon. Making Bardock a multi planet buster, Omni man would get absolutely washed

That wave of the arm planet level is both non canon and definitely doesn't go with Bardock since his powerlevel is 10,000.

I don't know that bardock would've won that. Even in SSJ he's outmatched in sheer battle experience by Nolan. Maybe goku or vegeta could've won, but bardock just doesn't have it I don't think.
This version of Bardock in his base form is strong enough to blow up Earth's moon 50x over, if scaled from DB Master Roshi feats, and SSJ multiplies that by 50 more. Omni man would get cooked.

Viltrumites are just below a Super Saiyan. Of course they don't have energy attacks either. Thragg is probably around a Super Saiyan level. A strong Super Saiyan could solo the entire verse of invincible.

In a war of repetition viltrumite against a high-class warrior of about 7,000 (mid dif) to 10,000 (high) could likely put them down after a few hours especially since someone like Nolan has centuries of experience under his belt
Saiyan's ability to adapt in the middle of a fight countering balancing improving it's a really hard sell to say they are super saiyan level which already puts them pass multiple planetary

Without, bardock would have gotten beat by two scenarios, either Omniman out lasted him, or through more consistent attack potencies since Omni man would be stronger in that department.

Okay, I just gotta say everyone here is incredibly confused on scaling. I will just say that Omni-Man destroys Bardock in a fight, the dude flew through a planet and destroyed it, is faster than the speed of light, has far more experience, stronger, and more durable, he would speed blitz Bardock.
Uhhhh goku was beyond light speed before the start of dbz. Maser Roshi has light speed feats to via blowing up the moon with his beam and his power level was like 200. Per the lore bardock has a power level of about 10,000. I think the omniman vs base bardock wouod be a tough win for either- now super sayian stacked on..GG omniman.

Bardock Stan here: I honestly don't see Bardock beating Nolan unless he gets a massive Zenkai before hand. He has the power, but I think Nolan is the more proficient fighter and he has more durability and fighting experience. Then again, saiyans can grow mid fight.(apparently)
U say ur a bardock Stan but don't seem to know anything about him Nolan may be a veterin fighter but so is bardock and even in the beginning it would probably be an even fight but yes eventually bardock would begin to grow stronger mid battle and eventually surpass Nolan so this animation has it right as just in ssj bardock would destroy Nolan

10,000 (Bardock's power level) x 50 (SSJ multiplier) = 500,000 (Large Planet Level)
Omni-Man's feat was stopping a meteor that could've destroyed the moon 2 times (100 being the lowest necessary power level to accomplish such feat).
Conclusion: Bardock in his base was more than enough to defeat Omni-Man. Super Saiyan was overkill.
