The world isn't perfect. It is good. It is good according to the highest authority. What a profound thought. Thank you John. I'm going to hold on to that thought today.

I lost my oldest son to suicide seven years ago this June. It was a rainy morning. After his death, it took me along time to embrace a beautiful sunrise. Even longer to embrace a rainy morning. But the Lord has carried me out of that darkness and shows me the ‘good’ of every day. Thank you for this teaching.

Linda, mental illness took the life of my big brother Feb of 2022 and a close friend that following Oct.
I am not capable of avoiding collapse but it is through Christ that we have strength.

My mom committed suicide when I was 16 years old. Its devastating effects ripped through my family leaving us all lost, alienated, and hurting. Over the years God has brought healing and forgiveness into my life. It is a good life now.
