Hello! The tip number #12 just doesn't need the force touch to work, it's only the amount of time holding clear button (x) that activates that, not by the amount of force you put in the screen.

When you actually look at iOS devices there's virtually no difference in functionality so you can count the actual number of iPhone 7 tips/differences on a single hand. But with iOS 10 coming out at the same time it makes sense to make a video about it.
You can't do some of the features on previous iPhones even if it's running iOS 10

Andres you cant copy description text on the CZcams app. You need to open the video in safari and do it from there.
