I have scoliosis, I haven't been to the beach in more than 20 years. I often cry about what would have happened if I'm healthy... But videos like this give me strength to not give up the fight with my own demons, and the time will come when I will finally win and be free. I finished law school just to show myself that I could be somebody, even though I never worked in it. STAY HARD!
I got the surgery for my triple curve. Took 5 years to recover. Now I'm climbing and lifting while in med school to become a surgeon. Anything is possible brother

As someone who took advice to take things easy from people who don't care about where they are in the standings, you cannot, I repeat, cannot expect to be in the 1% by living the way the other 99% want to. They do not understand what it means to be first, they don't understand winning and seldomly understand the meaning of commitment, much less commitment to greatness.
Now in my twenties I'm trying to push it, yes a lot of people call me a hopeless dreamer, yes they think I'm crazy, but I've come to realize it's only me who wants what I want. They don't understand my goals and the reality is they don't need to. It's my ambitions and I'm the one responsible to get after them. It might feel lonely but less drag that way. Surround yourself with people who want to achieve, not live like the rest. Get after it!

Discipline yourself! Even when you loose motivation, a disciplined mindset will get your ass off the couch even when you don't want to.
I do not workout yet.. I plan too currently dropping 75 80 hour weeks just gotta get that balance I truly feel this video just in a different way👍🏻👍🏻

You can listen to and watch every motivational video there is and feel inspired by the words spoken at you. But at the end of the day, it's important to understand exactly why you are doing what you are doing. Every hard working, committed individual has an understanding as to WHY they do what they do. They don't see the process as suffering or a struggle, they aren't obsessed with the destination, they are obsessed with the thing that they do.
Understand why you need to do the things you wish you had the drive for, and every time you experience hesitation, remind yourself of those commitments.
This is the absolute truth.
One should be obsessed with simply winnning. In whatever it is we are in a constant battle between mediocrity and being your best self moment by moment. Every single decision is shaping you, the food you eat, the info you choose to consume, the entertainment, the people you surround yourself with, how you spend every SECOND, do you choose to push yourself in your workouts or settle for good enough, are you striving to be the best in your field etc.

I found out recently that I’m the only one in my circle who is truly driven to become the best mixed martial artist of all time, with a record of the most wins, undefeated and unrivaled. Nobody else wants to actually get into the nitty gritty and train, they just want to do this half assed watered down bullshit and it pisses me the fuck off because I know they can do better but simply don’t want to put the work in or stay consistent. I wake up early and dedicate my mind to hours upon hours of training almost every day out of the week. I’ve been training my mind, my body, my spirit, my emotions, my energy for this moment since I was young, honing the light God blessed me with and channeling it through my work, manifesting, I am The Tiger and I am rising🐅I was born for this shit, everybody can sense it. God has even personally given me signs that he wants me to pursue an MMA career and give it my all. You’ll see me on TV one day guys.
