- Arm or Ally screw me over and took my money. They didn’t ship one slide in my order and when I reached out to them because of it they told me I was wrong and that they had records that it was shipped. That’s false because the weight of their packages didn’t match the fedex weight nor did what the actual shipment was supposed to weight. They in the end told me I can return my order but they will charge 15% restocking fee and if there is any scratches it will be 50% reduction. Obviously not only that they don’t want to make it right after withholding $140 but now they want to take half of the $1280 spend on their website. Shameful and I hope people see this and that they don’t use them. We already know they are shady for shipping 80% frames to NY and got a visit by the alphabet boys for it.
Slides look decent especially for the price but definitely not the right way to treat a customer. I would not be using them for any orders. Thank you for bringing this issue to life

I’m glad i could help my bank told me that the dispute takes up to 90 days to get resolved. Well these bums waited 89 days to than call my back with their fraudulent version of what happened so now I have to wait another 45 days.
Do they function and how long till they came?
I ordered a slide and barrel from them about a month ago and it shipped quick and was all good. They sell quality parts, American made, really sucks you had a bad experience with them.
Thank you. And yeah mistakes happen with any retailer it’s just how they position themselves to handle the situation was very unprofessional. I work hard for my money and even though it’s not a big amount and I would be okay if I had to give it to help someone but I’m not okay for someone to think I’m just lying especially not for the cheapest of the slides. Their stuff is nice but it’s $150 nice we can’t expect Norsso, Agency arms quality. The cerakote on the slides scratches if you’re just looking at it let alone handle it but I’m okay with that. I really wished I could have reached an agreement but they want to play it this way let’s play it. This video and the posts on forums and groups, talking to people will do them so much more damage than the $140 they took from me.
Have you ordered from them recently or again been debatin on getting some supplies but don’t know if they are legit

My first order was two grip modules and they arrived but the second order was a nightmare. Their cerakote is very weak and scratches just by sitting in the safe. Check aimsurplus they have very nice slides for cheap. Midwayusa has them too

Check out combat armory, they have really good deals (you'll want to get on their mailing list to be notified of the deals, because alot of times the deals are so good, they sell out pretty quick) and all my interactions with them have been top notch.
Had somthing similar happen with them few years ago. I was only missing a gas block for a very large order so I just cut my losses after they refused to help me. Like... I just spend over a $1000 and you think I'm lying about a $30 part.

I’m sorry that you had to do that to yourself I know the feeling but f them. There are much better companies that actually take care and appreciate the customer. Check DVOR, aim surplus, brownells and few more have great deals. Optics planet has good sales too and they and brownells usually have 10% coupons. For me my favorite for everything is ar15discounts. Chat with them and you get 10% coupon and they ship free and don’t charge tax
@@alexanderthegreat8067 you may have saved me a couple hundred dollars and a headache. I’ve gone through similar situations with other online orders and it’s better to just avoid them. I was seconds away from ordering and decided to do some research and I found your video and I’m glad I did. I will definitely check out those other companies thanks!

I can vouch for aimsurplus have spent thousands with them always shipped out quick, they even send you a picture to your email of the items of your order.
@@chrisd5758 I’ve purchased an upper receiver from them and I didn’t receive a picture but maybe because it was one item. I’ll definitely use them for some duramags soon.

I’m glad I can help. They never send the missing slide. They kept lying that they send it. They are bums for sure and I lost $125 for that slide that I never got but I hope that they lost thousands by bad reviews about them. Many people have complained about similar situations it’s not only me. But f them I moved on and never thought about them again. They are many others companies who value their customers and who don’t do shitty business like them.

For the price their slides are okay but I rather save up or buy only two instead of 5 but get them from a company that stands by their customer. If you’re in the market for AR upper check 3rd Gen Tactical great people and amazing design and quality on their product

Lotta ppl recommend Arm or Ally. Was looking to get a stripped slide & sights but idk.. the price run is excellent for a RMR cut slide
Their prices are good for sure just record a video of you opening the package and weight it if it’s a bigger order. The cerakote scratches very very easy too.

Did the cerakote hold up?
Never shot them. They are still in the same condition as in the video. However from transporting them in my backpack from on place to another in my car they got scratches on them so I would say it’s not very good quality cerakote

They suck! I ordered a slide last year and it was lost during transit and they didn't refund even after I insured the order. They told me to contact the the delivery company and create a case number so I can get my money back from them! I don't recommend them at all!
I’m so sorry you experienced that but with my video and people like you adding their experience hopefully we divert customers from their shitty company. I’ve been buying stuff from many companies throughout the years and that was the only one that I ever had problems with.

Bruh fuck those assholes use aim surplus, brownells, midway usa, primary arms, ar15discounts, palmetto state armory and more. The scum from arm or ally are horrible people to deal with. Read the comments they screw many people over. Go on Reddit and fb you will find way more there too

Thanks for watching. I’ve purchased the cerakote franes from the and that job was done very good. The slides finish is very fragile it scratches very easy. I have not used the because I have a dispute through my bank to get my $135 back and in case the bank wanted everything back I wanted them to be ready to ship. I will use them next month and will get back to you but if money is not very tight I would stay away from Arm or Ally. The customer service and owner treated me like I was a guy trying to get free shitty $135 product. They are scumbags and many people had problems with not receiving everything they ordered. If you do buy anything don’t buy a lot of items and make sure to record a video of you opening the package just in case they fool you too. For $140 to get eta cerakote slide is not bad at all but what’s that worth when bums are operating that company. Please be careful

No I have not even looked. I’ve heard good things about the aim surplus and brownells ones but I don’t have personal experience. Best bang for the buck are the psa slides

If I use them I'd order just one slide at a time. I've had ammo stolen by carriers before and everyone was like your on your own so I always use insurance. I always record every package . I mean come on what's $150 to them ?
I’m sorry to hear you have had those things happen. It’s shitty that the $140 slide actually cost them much less but they decided to say that I got everything I ordered which is not true but F them and I’m glad that if at least one person doesn’t use them because of me their loss is way more than whatever their cost was for that one slide. Their cerakote finish scratches very easily just to point out. Also worth checking today is durking tactical they have the P80 optic ready fully assembled slides for the 19 and 17 for 200. @@alexanderthegreat8067 thanks . I've had great success with Brownells G17 and 43X slides with RMR cut but colors are limited to black nitride that's though as nails or fde PVD which has held up good for 2 years now . I just want a multicam slide or just do it myself .
If you have frame and slide that you may want to do it to than I would say try it yourself that way it will match the lines perfectly or give the scumbags a shot for a slide. People are saying they have had good experience with aim surplus slides too. Not sure about their colors though.

Sorry that you have to spend more time now looking at the stuff you need at another vendor. Check aimsurplus they have very good quality stuff and great customer service. Midwayusa sometimes has great sales on gun parts, brownells is also another besides the psa you mentioned. I’m happy with opticsplanet too. They have discounts often.

They never corrected their mistake and I’m still waiting on my bank but even if I don’t get my change back they will never get my business again and many like me along the way
