Hello and welcome to a new video on my CZcams channel. Most of the time I make Football Manager 2024 content. I recently wanted to get out and experience some football by checking out games at some of my local clubs. Firstly I went to a Curzon Ashton game. And now I've decided to check out FC United of Manchester. As a Manchester United Fan I thought it was about time I saw what this break away club was all about. As a half German I do understand where they are coming from, as in England if you have an owner, it is basically up to luck whether it is a good or bad owner, while with fan ownership or at least fan voting you have some degree of control of what happens with your club. I mean you had a super successful and well run club and no need to riddle it with debt as the Glazers did. What did they add as value to improve MU?
Nothing but FCUM is full fan owned. They will never grow, which isn't the point I suppose. It is a great idea in one way but the Real Man U no matter who owns them will always be my number one United.

I support both Yaniteds - what your not seeing is that as a kid it was affordable for me to go watch FC when united wasnt modern football has pushed real fans out of old trafford. I grew up round the corner from old trafford and im still a die hard red but you have to admit modern football and the glazers have killed our club
Modern football is turd. I'd still rather watch Curzon Ashton or Stockport County for that lower level experience. All the best though to FC United.
What was the point of the ref starting the game only to call it off after an hour?! Surely he knew the pitch wasn’t getting any better. For that level though I think they’ve got a great stadium just not the pitch that goes in it!
It wasn't raining. You can't really tell in the vid but after half time it was chucking it down.
