Hi.. Thanks for the video. My woocommerce site is on a subdomain so I am having trouble configuring the SMTP using an email from my domain. Eg : my woocommerce subdomain site - workshop.domain.org.my and my email is workshops@domain.org.my. How do I configure this to make sure the emails / notification is received in their inbox? Kindly assist.

We have made a video in which we have used a subdomain to setup SMTP, this might solve your issue.
