For the 2023 model. There’s a ton of stuff blocking it from the frunk side. Do you know how to get around all that stuff?
So how does the car distinguish whether the button push is for this screen or a Tesla command? For instance, how does it know if you are wanting to turn on the front camera or make a voice command?
Does the front facing camera record ?

@@DaxM Oh that's too bad. The older version with the smaller screen has carplay. Not sure why this one doesn't. :-(
@@oliverlee3923I don't think any steering column mounted displays have carplay so far.? Which model are you referring to? I am genuinely curious.
So I’ve got a ‘21 MY - I’ll have to double ck but based on ur video I’d have the intel not AMD computer…so lol is it worth trying to install this???
Yes it’s worth it if you want the main screen’s info extended in front of you. Also if you have the Intel computer then you’ll have to pack your patience when unplugging and plugging the plug into the computer. It’s not easy, not hard, but just takes time to get it right. But once it’s in you’re totally fine.
@@DaxM I’ll have to research that area where the intel plug is before I decide to move forward. But of course, I’ll wait until after you’ve published ur video review of this display first 😉😂
