I just hope this update fixes the crashing and glitches. (And gives us Cryopods) I think it tends to crash more due to having too many creatures in one area, which makes breeding for mutations a pain. I’ve also had occasions where I dismount a tamed Dino or Raft and the collision detection for every item and creature just turns off, allowing me walk through everything except the map itself.
I had to stop playing on switch, kept crashing literally every 15 minutes. I even bought a ps4 just to play it 😂 I wonder if they will vastly improve it to stop the crashing
Got a question though, will there be a physical release that contains the updated base version on a single cartridge? If so, how do we distinguish the new version from the old as far as physical packaging?
I thought the survive the ark page said that when the update came out anyone that owns the original gets the update and expansions for free. But maybe I just read it wrong. ???? 🤷♂️
I think they mean if you own the original Ark Switch already, you get the upgrades and improvements without expansions at no cost. When you buy the ultimate survivor edition for $50, you get the Ark Switch and every expansion as soon as it releases at no additional cost.

I also read Grove street games is fixing it, but i have seen a list of games they have made. Theyre a mobile developer , & the list games look like like terrible flash games for 2 yr olds. Idk..but... maybe i shouldnt judge a book by its cover , but i am😐🤔

Seriously big dlc? i mean they cant tho.. its prob giong to be downsized somehow🤔. The dlc just cant be the same size as everyone elses, especially on pc... anyways tho this is what i was worried about.. also its just a dumb thing to have to buy a memory card for basically one game's DLC to take up all the space.. i think any normal person would riot knowing that fact.
Ark 2 will be a Microsoft exclusive im pretty sure. Meaning it's not releasing on switch. Plus the switch wouldn't be nearly powerful enough to run ark 2
