Isn't Kyuss imprisoned in one such obelisk?

I believe so! In the Age of Worms adventure Kyuss succeeded in the ritual that would allow him to become a god but as a side effect, he became trapped in the Obelisk he used as a ritual focus. I'm unsure if the Obelisk he used was that of the Weavers creation, but it is quite possible it could've been.
