I had the pleasure of meeting this band shortly after Comalies was released. It was a small venue in West Edmonton Mall and when I walked to the bathroom their drummer just came out and said hi and thanks for coming to the show. I was wearing a Lacuna Coil shirt at the time. Best of all I got to chat with Cristina. I was so nervous , and my face was as red as a tomato. Cristina is so down to earth and it was wonderful to have the pleasure of speaking with her. We talked a lot about The Simpsons and Family Guy. She was a huge Family Guy fan. That was about 18 years ago before they got way more popular. A memory that will always stick with me.

Love them, Christina is a timeless beauty with an epic voice, Andre is great, he is living proof that someone with a marginal singing voice (by conventional standards) can be an international rock star. Their vocal contrast is fantastic.
+Enigma Cipher I don't know if you've seen the DVD that came with the recent album, Broken Crown Halo, Andre was very forthright and honest about his ability in the album making-of documentary. I love his voice, the raspy quality to is it amazing. But I respected him more for coming outright and being honest. It works for their music, as a fan, I'm sure proud of that.

This song made me realize something and i rarely post comments on anything. We are constantly in a flux of new beginnings and endings as emotional energy, and that my friends is the most powerful form there is. We either control the moment or the moment controls us. That energy is manipulated and decoded from intelligence from the physical world. Being a spectator or observer of the progressional adaptation of sentient life forms helps to realize the benefit of disguises throughout the life span of said observer. This is the first time lacuna coil has brought me to tears and ive been seeing them live for over a decade.

I have to admit that after buying their first album, I was only moderately enthusiastic about Lacuna Coil, but over the years, I happened upon a couple of newer songs of them by chance, and each and every one of them has been amazing - like this one. To me, this proves that bands evolve - sometimes away from your liking and sometimes from "kind of nice" to spot-on, hitting you right in the heart. No matter where they evolve to, they left a couple of songs that deserve to be considered timeless classics!
I wasn't impressed with their debut CD either, but thankfully, I gave their other CDs a listen, and now, I love this band!
one thing I cant understand is ...NO MATTER WHERE THEY EVOLVE TO .... and you did say its a classics ... if you prize this band say more please ... express yourself ....

They are my past, my present and future probably. Not that I am much of fan, but my memories are decorated with their sound. I think this song is kind of a connection of my last 6 years. New but old. Isn't it funny that compelete strangers who make music can become your part of your life, which is your dearest thing ever; but they don't even know it.
Yet I still write this sentences, even though no one knows me in the internet. Like, kinda.
Its funny and tragic. Its like the moments when each part of your life will only be a memory. Music that reminds you these times is precious. Despite the time always goes on, songs make you stop for couple of moments and let you re-live. They are like stopping time, not the very end, but kind of end of time.

I felt "coming home" would be coming home to him, somewhere else in another place, as I thought death was soon upon me, after having our second child(they misdiagnosed me with cancer after her birth).
