I was always kind of intimidated by cooking until I started watching the Bon Appétit channel like nine months ago. Now I cook like five/six times a week and I'm getting kinda good at it. I think BA's cooks are so smart and have a great well of knowledge, but they also make mistakes and have a great sense of humor. It has made food a lot more approachable for me and pushed me to try new stuff and hone a skill I've always wanted to have. So yeah, thanks, BA. Y'all rock.

The reason why someone told you that not everyone knows what homogeneous means is probably because Bon Appetit has fans all over the world not just the United States which means not everyone has English as their first language. Take me for example. Although my English is pretty good it's not my first language as I'm from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Love the show, keep it up guys.
