No what? Why is it that the only thing all of y’all see in that one chapter is denji getting a nut off? How about actually read what denji said and see how he was coming close to a breakdown? Not to mention, it’s not post nut clarity, it’s his house burning down with his pets, being cut up and packaged, Yoru not reciprocating any emotional reassurance which messes with a teenage boys mind when it’s his first time, and now Nayuta being served literally on a silver platter. Everything has built up to this return of black chainsaw man. Thats how a story works. Yall gotta stop being so one dimensional and only seeing a meme in everything.
@@Not____ApplicableFirst of all, it was a joke, chill out. Coming here and trying to breakdown down the story was completely unnecessary (It’s Chainsaw Man, not Ulysses. It’s not that deep, nor difficult to understand). We understand the story, Barem literally spells out why the events in his life are taking place and why he isn’t in control of his own life from the VERY BEGINNING (to summon Chainsaw Man requires everyone’s fear, and his unhappiness and Denji has been put through the ringer his entire life. This event with Nayuta was his breaking point.)
It’s almost like we were referencing the meme that you needed to bring up. Literally just saying how in the video, through his commentary, and the visuals he put up, it made it SEEM like Denji came to a realization of his life through post nut clarity. OBVIOUSLY that’s not what actually happened. Don’t just go around claiming people “don’t read” because they made a joke about one thing. Lighten up.

I think the devil erasure ability may be from the fact that chainsaws original reason to be created, not 100% sure on the correlation but with the quote talking about how chainsaws weren’t always used to cut trees(it’s been a bit I don’t remember exactly) googling the original use for them was mortifying and I’m not saying it here
My guess is much like humanity forgot the original use of the chainsaw, the chainsaw itself now has the ability to make humanity forget by cutting said item or object from the "womb" of creation, or something along those lines. One thing I noticed is that the Fiend that is smiling looks eerily similar to Power. She even has the same cross shaped pupils. If that is the case, then what a way for them to bring back the Blood Fiend.

Chainsaw Man got me thinking. It was Power who snapped him out of this form the last time and even made a contract with him to find her again. Has she or the Blood Devil ever even been mentioned in part 2? Because if that has been completely dropped, I don't see how he snaps out of it this time unless Nayuta isn't really dead and does it herself. Denji's not really close with anyone else this whole part.
Also, wasn't it confirmed in part 2 that there's an imposter Chainsaw Man out there? Could it be that the person on the building behind them is the Fakesaw Man?

If his theory is correct, we may get updates on Power. We don't know if she is on earth or hell right now. She may still be in hell and he can reunite with her which might snap him out of his true chainsaw man form. He may get revenge on the gun devil for taking over Aki and forcing him to kill Aki.

I think you are mistaken because the fully realized Chainsaw Man isn’t Denji, it’s Pochita who has control over the body.
BTW they changed the part on page 7 when Barem got his head ripped off. Changing from Asa reacting to the new Chainsaw Man and now it’s Denji pulling his chest cord and shows that Denji had control over his decision to become Chainsaw Man and in the end he chose to become Chainsaw Man.

I think it was a contract made. So I assume all the blood that pochita is going to spill, will summon the blood devil. Thus making the effects of the contract kick in

If denji does kill the death devil, and does not eat them, does that not mean it will be reincarnated in the real world? Possibly leading us too a part 3.

Nick I'm truly interested in your opinion on this. Same with anyone that cares to read. My only thing about killing the death devil is that it doesn't make much sense in terms of the already established power structure of the CSM world. Its known that devils get their power proportionally from the fear associated with their concept, we see examples of this in terms of the tomato devil being relatively weak in the early chapters vs the gun devil obliterating countless people in seconds. My point being that in general, what makes people fear certain things boils down to 2 outcomes; death or dismemberment/pain. Meaning that out of any possible devil to exist in the CSM world, the death devil is going to be on a power level that SHOULD be incomprehensible. In theory Death would not only be gaining power from all mortal beings, but also devils themselves since they too fear death (CSM eating them). Also say CSM does end up eating death and eliminating the concept from existence... How the hell does that end up working for everyone that has died. Like do they call come back? Does everyone alive just completely forget that billions of people came before them? Also as I mentioned fears really boil down to death and dismemberment, so once death is gone, does that mean everyone and everything is invulnerable? If my arm got sliced off and death didn't exist as a concept what happens next? Or my head😵? What about disease? What about eating?? If animals can't die we are all now vegan, unless plants can't even die then we are all fucked. Unless no more death means no more concept of hunger or eating?
See what I mean? Makes no sense, too many follow up questions. Maybe I'm just overthinking this, and surely I am, this is just an anime 😂. But honestly that's what a weeb does right?
