Have an Avalanche model here almost a decade & never once plunged it like the American Standard it replaced. Im replacing my office toilet again now because I went cheap with an Eljers top flusher. Im installing another Avalanche without question. Tired of plunging the Eljer all the time and its porcelain is wearing off inside so it stays dirty. Our other home bathroom has a Kohler I want to toss cause it wont flush either but its light pink & matches tub/sink so Id have to replace it all. You cant beat their Avalanche flush. Several freinds bought one after using ours, heard its "swoosh" and just had to ask what model toilet it was...lol One thing about these is toss their junk flapper asap. Buy an adjustable style flapper & set it on max flush (setting 10). Its worth every damn penny!
Hi Steve, we are so sorry to hear that, and we would love to find out a little more about this to make it right! Please feel free to contact our Technical Support team at 1-888-648-6466. Our business hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday EST.
@@GerberPlumbing thanks for the reply. I don’t think there is anything wring with it. You just get what you pay for and these are a 100 bucks brand new. Came with my house. Will be upgrading soon.
Its a great toilet, I'm just trying to figure out how to not have it splash/sprits water out of the bowl when it flushes. It really kicks the floor and flushes with some real power, but my wife is afraid of it because of the issue.

Looks like I need to get some Rid-X then. I have this toilet since I bought my house 1 yr ago. It never flushed like this!
I gotten the gerber viper toilet and it’s new thx
We hope you love it as much as we do! Thanks for being a Gerber customer!
I must have the lowest end model because all three of mine plug daily.

Do you know what model you have? I've been researching toilets for days and want to at least avoid the bad ones.
@@gregpintar7194 not sure. It is the lowest end one they sell. Step up to the high/mid range and you should be ok.
my gerber clogs at every turd and the flippin hole is rectangular so cant plunge it easily. piece of junk
Do they have a swirl flush and is it good?

A little water won’t hurt
@@bengarcia6898 its whats in the water😂😂
You should be flushing with the lid closed anyway. All toilets created a mist of bowl water when they flush. Food for thoughts.
what model is that? maxwell???
Yep
