yes I like them too. I should of used two camera's on toilet set. that would of been the shot of shots.
Everything nowadays has to be assembled..... Would love it if everything came already assembled; no matter what your buying. Putting together ceiling fans, bookcases, & entertainment centers/desks are just so painful as the worst(always have leftover hardware.....don’t freak out, as usually are given a few “extras” for “issues”, lol 😂).

Do you know how much more bulky and expensive things would be if they were pre assembled?
If everything came already assembled, the boxes would be huge and shipping costs would go up. Besides, you still have to mount a toilet to the floor and a ceiling fan to the ceiling.

CB I had to remove a Toto Neorest 750 from one house and install it in another. Without the mounting template. Wish you were there to get the shot of that job. Keep the videos coming.
toto. I have only installed one in my life. Im getting the shot if I ever do one again. trust me on that one.

very smooth...i should of used copper stub outs though.
@@ChuckBarron CB-1 yes you should have used copper stub outs anytime I use pex l ( always use copper stub outs ) you should make a bunch of them at your shop and have them stocked on your shelf and have a few in your truck. Get CB-2 to make them. Peace brother

Got myself one of those soft close toilet seats. Only issue is when I’m at other peoples houses and they don’t have the soft close I always accidentally slam the seat because I’m so accustomed to mine lol
I did it too this week....dam near broke the toilet. lol

It looks like you got the Gerber Maxwell toilet which is a good basic toilet and where I work that is the toilet we stock at the shop. Personally I have the upgraded version Viper and I have nothing but good to say about the Gerber toilets. Since there are 2 sets of tank bolt nuts, after you have the tank tightened to the bowl you might need to finger tighten the top nuts just a tad bit but no need for tools. This also reminds me that I have to get a new flapper for my Gerber toilet which is now 4 years old. I wonder if you found out wether house call pro also has some version of a flat rate book integrated in their system or at least a way to make your own price book in the system?
Gerber is sweet. Thanks for the viper tip. Also on house call. Im still just digging in on the use of it. So far the phone call vs sending all text is sweet. Not sure on the flat rate part. Im sure you can set up your own settings for sure.

Never had one but i could see it happening. I have stacked two regular wax's in past.
I see you started using the Johnni Quick bolts! Good move CB. Also you dont set the bowl with plaster? Just curious cause I always learned that way, but I dont just assume my ways are correct
yes they are nice. i usually set in a bead of caulk but decided go dry fit and caulk to follow.
