This creamy delicious drink is such a treat! Originated in Africa and has made it’s way across the globe and all the way to my home in Maryland! So we’re adding some protein for all my gym goers or if you want to add a little more protein to your diet!

2 cinnamon sticks
3 Tsp vanilla extract
4 cup hot water
1 1/2 cup rice
1 cup protein powder
1/4 cup condensed milk (change to preference)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
