I'm a Buckeye fan, and this was the most entertaining OSU-UM game I've ever seen. It wasn't pretty, and Ohio State could've easily lost, but it was just plain fun from start to finish.
U-M fan/alum here and I have to agree. This game, 2006 and yesterday (2023) are the three most entertaining games I can recall in the rivalry.

Classic :D some of the best college football in the first Quarter for both Offenses.. It's THE GAME though, I'd had given the 3 players a warning and let them play.. Not ejected them right away. The emotions here for a Buckeye and a Wolverine are sky high.. it happens and wouldn't be a part of the tradition if a little scrap didn't break out. Miss these days even if this year was a dope game to watch...
10 years later in 2023… and Thee game didn’t disappoint once again, and the Iron Bowl had another unforgettable finish. College football is amazing but to me it really needs that 12 team playoffs so some of these moments can happen in a playoff atmosphere, and teams can afford to lose a game or 2 and still have a chance if they deserve it🤷♂️

I'm well aware that Ohio State's defense was pure arse that season, and the game probably would've been close regardless, but that unsportsmanlike sequence was absolute Bush league. Returner surrounded by six guys who refuse to let him get up, and only one guy gets ejected? Okay.
That said, Wilson should've walked away and Hall cost us a B1G Title with that stunt. Sparty was the biggest beneficiary from those ejections.

When I watch this game back Brady hoke was a good coach not great just didn't have the talent to compete. Harbaugh was able to get the talent hoke couldn't. But hokes game plan was really good
