What is a Master plan community?
A master planned community is centered around amenities in the neighborhood like pools, parks, recreation and even shopping.
Looks pretty brown and desolate there. Assume they will plant lots of trees and it will look nice one day
This was filmed in November and a lot of trees start losing their leaves at that time of year and the community was still in its infancy in 2021 when I was there. Now there are lots more trees planted!
How many Tornados 🌪 ?
I'm originally from California so tornados were very foreign to me when I moved here. I will say probably once a year I will need to seek shelter in my bathroom because of a tornado nearby.
