From a kid to being 50, i still get the same buzz and pride of the reds, proud to be British
They are spectacular!! Its my first time watching Aerobatic Airshow in Oregon and the Red Arrows are definitely the highlight of the show!! I loved it so much!!!!
They are great asset to our country
Highlight of any air show
they are way better than the blue angels so I agree
@@epicaidanholland9235 Come on man. I agree but you know someone is going to come in here and start a fight.
@@smuxie_ WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!
9 hawks.....yet it was the sound of the Spit that I heard. Engineering. Beautiful
They're pretty legit aircraft I worked on them to, perfect for this.
The Reds as ever were utterly superb. Such finesse and skill. Gives their rivals an 'aim for' challenge.
But..the Cameraman of this video.. He deserves the accolade of Red 11 after the Red 10 commentator.
Genius cameraman.. 😍👍❤️🌹
They do have a photpgrapher position known as "circus 10". The circus team is constructed of 10 aircraft engineering technicians and 1 photographer, each allocated to a specific pilot!
I can honestly say, just for once I was captivated from start to finish! The skill level there is off the planet!
My father was in the RAF and went to many air shows with him as a kid. I'm not an emotional person but watching thing made me choke up, Amazing
The Red Arrows and the Blue Angels fly with different styles they're both brilliant
I've "back to back" watched practically every bit of footage from their US Tour - you guys really gave our boys an incredible welcome; thank you all so much
The weather is *perfect* here.. great camera work, well done
Thanks,, here in the UK we love to see you're Blue Angels & Thunder Birds, excellent display teams!!
I involuntary sprout goosebumps when I hear the unmistakable sound of the Spitfire.
Others get a raging hardon when you hear those merlins fly over head
I live near Goodwood. I get to hear them regularly
I've seen the Red Arrows 3 times when l lived in Britain and l'm here to say I CAN'T NEVER GET ENOUGH! I wish they could tour the US again so l can bring all my family to see them!.
I spent 120 bucks on a camera for this airshow. If I had known you’d be there filming, I wouldn’t have done that.
Mobius 1, engage
When I watched Red Arrows live in Swansea South Wales UK I filmed pretty good footage on my camera too, I love watching red arrows.

The Red Arrows use a trainer, whereas the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels use multirole fighter aircraft. The Blue Angels and Thunderbirds fly tighter and can each go faster. Nonetheless the Red Arrows are a beautiful display team!
@@beckyabeckham1 The Blue Angels and Thunderbirds both use fly by wire systems….the Red Arrows are flying purely analogue.
The red arrows with their 9 aircraft are so precise and elegant in their formations. I never fail to get goosebumps watching them. There's something so graceful about them and then they pull out some breath taking rolls and formations splits. Awesome
Man that was awesome to watch down there. I've never seen that stuff in person until that day. I loved hearing them communicate while they're flying. It was an incredible experience!
Glad you enjoyed - thanks for giving the boys a warm reception 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇨🇦🇳🇿🇭🇲
The best footage so far from their tour imo 🇬🇧
Saw these guys take off today. I am enlisting in the Navy. RN
Good luck👍
@@Topline40 thanks!
Well if you are enlisting to be a naval aviator you will end up training in the American Goshawk version of these Hawk trainers!
Let me get this right, your joining the royal navy that's good welcome,
Welcome aboard 😘
Wow....I am from England, and watch the Red Arrows each year....I loved the Spit at the beginning...thank you so much for such a great video, brilliant filming, thank you, long live USA!!
They seem to have been a big hit on their US tour, is nice to see.
The gypo break always gives me goosebumps
Saw them at Isle of Wight festival in the mid noughties; they did the downward vertical break literally right above the crowd.. incredible experience and one unlikely ever to happen again, given the display restrictions after a couple of Airshow accidents in the UK
We said at the time "What if an engine failed?!"
An absolutely unforgettable sight and experience
I have seen many Red Arrows displays here in UK and videos, but yours has to be the best I have seen, very professional, great stuff.
I totally agree but I think the climate makes a big difference too.
That was one of the best shots I’ve ever seen for the Gypo Break. X
I love the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds, and Aeroshell, but I'm glad I got to see these guys. They are awesome and entertaining.. Thank you for posting!
Seen and Love them ALL... Blue Angels, Snowbirds, Thunderbirds, Red Arrows!
Absolute precision airmanship.
We greatly enjoyed the Red Arrows show here in San Diego this year. Excellent camera work - you have inspiring skills !!
Great video of our Boys, the UK is missing them but so glad you are enjoying them.
Fecking magic performance! I wish I could swear. The Red Arrows sum up Britishness. Well done lads (I'm going to watch this again. Thanks St. Louis for sharing)
Awesome footage! I was there and I snapped some great photos
Brilliant display guys the red arrows are awesome brilliant video glad our cousins have made them welcome and enjoy the display!!
Thanks for the kind comments towards our Red Arrow pilots, American brothers, and sisters
Reds bring the excitement and colour in their funky Hawks - what a great little jet. Each display team has its specialities. Ace pilots.
Flipping awesome as ever, can't get enough
Superb display as always. I do love the Red Arrows but I also just love all of the display teams worldwide. Front line pilots showing their flying skills. Pure magic.
Best pilots in the world…and I don’t say that lightly! 😎😊😊🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
The Gypo break is incredible flying !
It was an absolute pleasure to get to meet the airshowstuff team at St Louis. Not only do you take excellent videos but you are genuinely great people...and mini celebrities to me. 😊
Great to meet you! Thanks for saying hi!
It’s nice to see USA enjoying our UKs red arrows✨
Best one I’ve seen yet from the North America Tour. Nice one!
the best
Maybe, but your Russian Knights/Swifts are sorely missed in the UK and would be loved to be seen again
I am lucky enough to live in Lincoln uk where the red arrows are based they fly over my house i love the free airshows
I like the nod to stars and bars at the end
Truly magnificent! 🇬🇧
Nice video! I was at the Toronto air show and the Red Arrows were there! They’re my second favourite team after the Canadian snowbirds since I’m Canadian( I live in Toronto)

Kyle Randle. Wait till Corbyn gets in. America and Britain will be at war. Corbyn hates everything not communist or terrorist.

Old Man Yeah ok. I’m an American so I honestly don’t know that much about Corbyn. We’re here dealing with that disgusting impulsive man-child Trump.
Pass me a bucket
The sound of victory.
Can't wait to see these at miramar!
what date are they displaying there?
@@timmybunting from september 27-29 they arrive on the 27th
my respect for the pilots📈📈📈📈
The Red Arrows. The pride of British Aviation.
Yeah they are beautifully amazing,,, excellent excellent video.
Impressive!
These guys are very good and their flying is superb, up there with the Blue Angels and most other national airforce Flying teams.
They are the best and always have been matey look it up you'll see for yourself
vaughan williamson Vaughan: I’m guessing you’re British.....
Up there with the Blues.
The Blue Angels are good but most displays are linear. The Reds are great in that they are constantly changing shape and formation.. That involves so much mental and physical flying skills. Such finesse.
At least the Blue Angels have something to aim for now.
kspolo smith Thunderbirds, Blue Angels, Patrouille de France, Patrouille Suisse, Frecce Tricolouri, Black Eagles, Red Arrows have their particular specialisms sometimes geared to the equipment they use but generally all do similar things to a similar exacting standard. People often think their national team is the best.
@@MrPeterthepilot They do Mr Peter. No one better the yanks.
I have been privileged to see the amazing aerobatics team many times over here in the UK. Great footage 👍
One of the best captures of "Palm Break" I've ever seen.. endless kudos for this video; the filming is superb
*Edit:* oh you just casually nailed Gypo Break as well! 😂
Dude.. awesome work
Both colors of Old Glory and they Union Jack united as one for the first time in four years
im a regular photographer of aviation here in the uk.. ive travelled on my yamaha FZ6N to RAF scampton in lincolnshire to photograph these guys.. ive seen the hawks in RAF Vvalley in north wales.. ive seen the F-15 USAF in lakenheath.. photographed the USAF in the mach loop in north wales.. photographed the hercules C-130.. and many more.. even photographed USAF pilots on the ground...... And one thing i gotta say. is.. USAF.. RAF.. without you we would be fucked.. respect to america and the uk
Honestly I'm so amazed about this video, I missed the red arrows at the beginning of 2019 but this video is perfect to watch, great job vidoeing
Just brilliant, art in the sky!
The Red Arrows are the elite dis;lay pilots.
Seriously.
,
21:20 , is my favourite stunt the detonator!
Brilliant display from our Red birds ❤❤
We lived in Akrotiri ,Cyprus for 3 years in the late 80's and the guys used to come out for the whole of April to practice twice a day !! It always ended with a display for charity over Limassol Harbor.... Oh, we loved April in Cyprus 😍❤️.sigh!
air force brat from Famagusta before the Turks came uninvited
Wonderful air show by the Red Arrows. Highly recommend the 6 episodes King's of the Sky by BBC and learn about Red Arrows training and pilots and crew.
DC10 Chu Thanks for the tip. I shall watch it next.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
new fav aerobatic team
Excellent footage pal, very professional. I'm heading out to California from England on Weds, doing a bit of a road trip, heading From San Francisco to La, San Diego etc..... Looking forward to seeing 'Our' Red Arrows at Miramar Airshow and equally excited to break my 'Blue Angels' Cherry! Cannot wait!!!
Iain Parkinson hope you have a nice trip be careful hear it’s not the u k good luck
That's so beautiful ❤️❤️
I was lucky to be part of the circus and work with them for a year as a refueller
Best in the world
9 red arrows hawks yet it was cool when the.smoke is down also i like the vod!
Woooooooooooooonderful!!!!
thanks a lot for this video!
Americans may recognise this aircraft as the 'T-45 Goshawk' that the US Navy trains every jet pilot for carrier operations.
Trained to fly but not what those guys are doing wow
Totally differnent plane,Aircraft manufacturer Hawker Siddeley (now BAE Systems), designed and built the Hawk as an advanced training aircraft for Royal Air Force fast jet pilots. The prototype first flew in 1974 and Hawks entered RAF service in 1976. More than 1,000 have been sold worldwide including the UK, Canada, Australia, Finland and Zimbabwe. The Hawk T1 is a fully aerobatic, low-wing two-seat training aircraft that is still used in a number of roles for the RAF. Hawks are the aircraft flown by the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows. Folland Gnats were replaced by Hawks as the team aircraft in 1979. The Hawk T1A is a modified Hawk T1 which was converted to carrying diesel fuel and dye for the display smoke system.
What on earth are you on about? The Goshawk is quite obviously a HAWK. Just because McDonnell built some of it, doesn't make it a different aircraft. It's modified that's all. It even has the same engine. RR Adour.
zzirSnipzz1 it’s the same aircraft pal licensed built BAE hawk and nothing else
Amazing as always
Great video! Excellent flying weather too.
The Reds video all of their displays.
Not to see how well it went.
To see if they need to improve.
Many great pilots of many nations. The arrows training for there performance is pretty dam good. But thats what its all down to.
And you thought the blue angels were cool
Duvanie Smart because they are
@@xtspazz1966 i like them both to be honest
The Blue Angels are amazing, and I'm a Brit.🇺🇸🇬🇧🏴
Two different displays
One shows off the virtues of the F18 and the other promotes the professionism of the
Royal Air Force.
It it's like comparing an opera singer with a rapper.
Only my opinion of course.
Great video!
@@gazza2933 Those people are lucky to see these two great teams together.
best in the world
we need to have the Red Arrows the Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane flying around the country to give everyone a lift in these current times.
Excellent
Red arrows is cool
21:28 foi incrível. 🤩
They are miles better than the blue angels
Maybe the best in the world but as i an English i wont be big headed enough to say they are.
I say...Steady on old chap! 😁
2nd or 3rd best in my opinion. French and Italians are better.
@@redbloodytape they're both terrible, half way through they forget themselves and surrender.
@@redbloodytape Even the French and Italians don't believe that - yet you do xD
As entertainment, red arrows are considered the best show as they pack so much into there time slot, with a constant good mixture of formation flying & aerobatics, there routine is 2nd to none. The basic red arrows display blueprint formed from other uk teams like the red pelicans which were merged or disbanded. As for who's best, that is subjective, some people may prefer to see high gforce manoeuvres or the old harrier displays. & then there's the fact the teams constantly change pilots so you will normally have at least 1 new pilot evey season. To really compare displays i stick to comparing like for like e.g: Saudi hawks, Surya Kiran, red arrows & midnight hawks all do the same type of display inthe same aircraft(BAE Hawk)
Great
Red, white & blue.. UK & US special relationship.. We have each others backs when needed 🇬🇧🤙🏽🇺🇸
my only problem is I have a heart condition I cannot even go on a roller-coaster anymore I was striving for RAF until...
my dream was shattered.
I seen a full Vulcan aircraft scamble at Waddington airbase Uk. Peace.

Same here, 4 Vulcan scramble at waddington back in the early 80's. My dad reckoned he had seen a 12 Vulcan scramble when he was young though, which must have been mind blowing.
