Few important Suggestion to the design team of this product
1) boom mic should be Detachable
2) mic should be unidirectional not omnidirectional
3) neckband should be Detachable
4) it should support detachable aux wire support for audio like 3.5mm jack or whatever will be the smaller one .
Point 1& 2 is is must have attributes for this headset

Not getting support from Support team. I got a defective product.
Although the support team created a tracking number to return the product.
It was supposed to take 48 hr to pick up the product by Blue dark. 4 days over. There is no response. No person came to pick up.
No call support.
No Mail reply .

It’s for the mic. The person on the other side won’t hear noise.
