- Time for a round of mini golf⛳️ to see if deb can avenge her lost from last years crushing defeat in a nail biting finish in Cista Teguise… followed by some very interesting evening entertainment😳

Hiya deb and nod nice video 😅 just wanted to ask im coming back to tenerife in September and i was thinking of booking el duque hotel or chateau real resort an seen u stayed in both and would like to ask which one u liked best. And wanted to b not so far from fanabe area too ❤ xxx

Both hotels r pretty much opposite each other so distance to the beach is roughly the same…
We found that Playa real is a smaller more friendly hotel but el duque had the better pools and evening entertainment. The rooms were class in both and the food was equally is nice…
However if u r going all inclusive, no matter what time ur r leaving on ur last day, ur band gets cut off at 12 at el duque…
With either hotel u r only 10mins walk from the prom and beach…
We would happily stay at both again so whichever one u choose u will have a great time hope this helps but pls let us know if u have any more questions🫶🏻☀️
@nodanddeb hiya luv thanks for your quick reply and one other question is wen I am going to book el duque it is try to say 100 pound extra for superior with air conditioning but don't they all come with air conditioning and sorry to be a pain 😀 I seen that u recently been to lanzarote too which do u prefer lanzarote or tenerife 🥰
@@user-qp1ui2ef7h Hi hun, unfortunately apparently not all of the rooms have air-con however we got upgraded to a superior room as Deb informed them before we went that it was my 50th birthday… If it helps we would probs pay the £100 to get a superior room again…
And to the 2nd part we always prefer Tenerife, it’s warmer and a lot less windy…
However the Sandos Papagayo in Lanzarote is possibly the best hotel we have stayed in recently😁

Unfortunately, Jet2 are no longer doing the in-resort bag checkin - they advised us by email a few days ago. Annoying for us - we are arriving in a few weeks, and our flight back is around 9pm, so hopefully there is somewhere in the resort that we can safely leave our bags. That aside, Sandos Papagayo looks fantastic, and we're looking forward to our holiday.
Wow yeah mate that is annoying😳 however just to put ur mind at ease there is a luggage room right next to the reception desk… the hotel itself is awesome and I’m sure u will have a class time, pls let us know ur thoughts when u get back…

@@nodanddeb Cool - the luggage room seems like a good solution. The hotel looks amazing. We're planning some day trips that will pick us up at the hotel, and return us there. Other than that, everything you could want seems to be within the hotel.
@@MattMcQueen1 it is mate… there r a couple of little shops in the hotel that sell the same as the shops in the precinct, food most of the day, drinks and coffee 24hrs and 2 entertainment shows every night… u doing the ferry to Fuerteventura ?☀️
@@nodanddeb There's a company doing a grand tour, taking in Timanfaya National Park, so we'll likely do that. Also looking at a couple of catamaran trips to go dolphin watching, and a trip to the vineyards. We're there for a fortnight, so four trips seems enough - we don't want to be out of the hotel the whole holiday after paying for it :-). This is our first time in the Canary Islands, so we might leave a trip to Fuereventura for another visit. We'll see how it goes. Does the hotel organise trips?
@@MattMcQueen1 yeah we wouldn’t go out everyday either, but like we said and hopefully u have seen from the vlogs, there is plenty to do in the hotel and some nice little walks… Can’t remember if the hotel itself did trips but ur holiday reps normally do… Just make sure u r back for the sunsets whenever u can☀️
