If the video gets 50 likes I will review Mozart in the Jungle, just for you 🙃
There is a episode when he wants really badly to invite this oboist he likes so he changes the program for MAHLER'S 8TH!!!. just to have 5 oboes. So its just a little Off reality.
Live your content. Greetings from Colombia
@@juandavidforerocaviedes1968 haha that does seem like a false depiction of how programming works 🙈 Saludos, gracias por el comentario!
I've been meaning to read the book before watching the show but still haven't gotten round to it. I did watch the first ep but I wasn't sure I wanted to watch it so I didn't continue. I hope you do review it, however. Maybe you should skip to specific episodes where the conductor is more the focus instead of the main character (oboist).
Ooh, this section in Wikipedia makes it look hopeful that you can get good material to react to:
"In addition to behind-the-scenes contributions from Mazzoli, Karpman and Noone, the theme of underrepresented, or unjustly forgotten or overlooked women composers and conductors in the world of classical music has become central on screen in the show's third and fourth seasons. Historical female composers who appear in the show include Vítězslava Kaprálová, Isabella Leonarda, Nannerl Mozart and Fanny Mendelssohn. The fourth season featured Pulitzer Prize-winning contemporary composer Caroline Shaw appearing as herself (and the characters perform one of her actual compositions). Composer Paola Prestini also makes a brief cameo in season four, playing one of her own compositions."
@@oxoelfoxo didn’t know there was a book! That’s how informed about it I am 🙃
PLEASE vlog your competition!! It would be really interesting (even the mundane stuff) I'm sure.
So interesting! I want to know everything about your competition! And I'm also curious about your Mozart in the jungle review!!
Thanks you 😉
As for the question at 10:53... We practice. We get used to it. Violin is a really difficult instrument to _start_ learning, for many reasons, but habit helps with these issues. I mean, I have only been playing for ~4 years, but yeah 😁
Thanks for the comment! Maybe one day I’ll pick it up again and try to commit past the first stages where everything hurts 😅
Thanks for answering our questions!!
Hi;
How hard is Music Conducting on a scale of 1 to 10and 10 being the hardest?
