You actually made a good point about the expansion. For me though what hurts the most is I LOVE the new rainbow DK due to the new hero card and being able to set up a huge 10 cost burst card
But my God does DH, Rogue and OTK Shaman ruin the experience. It's like you said, things are too linear and I feel like you can't really play for value in the meta.
They keep making very problematic classes like DH and Rogue over the top and it just leads to the meta being settled within the week. *Cough* Paladin *Cough*
rogue is fine, warlock is disgust tho
rainbow DK is the most ethical deck so far

@@viktordeastora6735its not about that at all, its about the fact that most games can be conceded on turn 4 or 5. Reno is unplayable with the amount of dk pmayers running around, only way to beat rogue are board based strategies and non targetable/brawl type of removals. Nerfing Dh was good but maybe an overreaction cause shopkeeper wont be good in future expansions. Now wheel warlock is where i draw the line, over 30/30 stats with minimal setup, so many stupid stalling cards, doomkin, mana cheat, location being 3mana and some more crap.
I love the roll on tyr's tears paid off even though you forgot the elementals and keyboard minions. 😂

I'm playing with No minions/no duplicates reno. Fun deck. Made it to platinum 4 so far

@Ecore 100 You can replace these two cards for 5 mana(Wisdom of Norgannon), so they will often be to our detriment with such resource generation when we
always have a full hand on Prison of Yogg-Saron and Reno, and Reno will save us if we don’t have a deck,Prison of Yogg-Saron is good on its own as a 7-drop and more fun.
P.s. As for the current meta, everything is actually simple here, as long as there are cards like Sif, Helya, Odin, Wheel of DEATH, Zarimi, Flash of Lightning, Shop Gawker, Zilliax Deluxe 3000 with a disguise effect, there will be nothing new and fun in the meta.
Blizzard is only pretending that they have everything under control, but in reality the meta is completely stagnant!

About the new expansion, I feel like there were a lot of cool ideas and also quite the cool cards, but the deck that get ultimately played are sooo dull.
I have enough of plage dk and demonhunter, with warlocks spitting out big guys till they just win

Zilliax rogue, I'm out.
Dragon priest, I'm out.
There's no way to play around an OTK unless you have perfect card draw or the perfect tech cards or the perfect something every single game. Which you won't.
This expansion fucking sucks.
