I own a 350z and have driven a 370z. As of now, I definitely am fine and love the 350z. It feels just as fast even though it isnt and the steering felt so much better and focused in the 350z. Naturally I'm still going to upgrade to a 370z in a few years but definitely in no rush at all.
Are you still getting a 370z or are you planning on getting the 400z?

My Z addiction started with a 2005 350....went to a 2007 G35 coupe...and onto my current 2010 Nismo. Crazy as it sounds, i miss the 350 all the time.
Miss my 350z all the time, the HR i had just had a different tone, i cant describe it, the 3.7 doesn't do it in terms of sound for me, the power better yes marginally, but the sound and the digital speedo on the 350 i miss it all the time

This was really cool to watch. I have a 2003 350Z that I've had for 15 years. There's just something about these cars that once you have them, they just become a member of the family. They're so unique and classic looking that people are always asking me who made them and what year it is. I constantly get surprised looks about the age of it. However, when you take care of your vehicles and don't constantly race them into the ground, for the most part they last forever

I picked my 13’ nismo last year with 32k miles for right at 20k and so far I absolutely love it, people definitely sleep hard on 370s

I have a 350z DE. It’s a great car and super cheap and reliable burns no oil. However if you’re going to compare a 350z and a 370z compared it with the HR. That competes more.
You get a new engine
New headlights and tail lights
New front bumper
New interior
New hood etc

I'm not exactly sure, because I'm not a Fairlady Z person but I'm a Nissan person. And it sound to me like they're talking about Engine Heads. For example Nissan has the SR20VE and SR20DE, they're basically the same engine but they have different headers and that's differentiated by the DE and VE. There's also the SR20VETT which is a Twin Turbo SR20VE..you just have to understand how nissan name's the engines. But I could be wrong 😉
Matthew Marcel Wrong. Every high compression engine burns oil. Even the HR does. The revup burned more because of defective piston rings.

Step 3: Decide on a 06-08 350z or a 13+ model 370z

i would take the 350, I own a G35 Coupe, and I just like the 350 better
I bought the 2015 Nismo new and paid $46,000. It was my 3rd Z and I was willing to pay more for a new one. I liked it for the body kit, entertainment tech package, seats and 3.92 gears. When I put lower profile 30 tires then that changes the gearing to 4.02 With all the upgrades I mentioned between the gears, seats, tech package and body kit is around $16,000 in upgrades. My only disappointment in the Z cars is that I expected a new Z to come out.

Both beautiful cars, but the 370 went threw some major changes in 2009 when introduced , 2 inches shorter on the front and rear , carbon fiber pieces , ....the hood, roof and hatch are aluminium, making the car lighter and faster.......I think for me the 350 catches my attention more due to the longer /sleeker appearance........Thanks Danny for the great vid........Love your '' Z'' bro.

I prefer the 350z. The difference is very small between the HR 350s and 370s. But i prefer the looks on the 350z. Both are pretty good on aftermarket support but the 350 is a bit better to work on.

My 350z was 13000 which in Europe is pretty average. A 370 will set you back 20-30k here.
I prefer the 350z to the 370 z because:
- The visual difference between the two is minimal
- The difference under the hood isn`t that big
- The price for bying and mainting the 370 z is two times more than the price for buying and maintaining a 350z

i own both, 06 350z and 10 370, I love both of them but i enjoy my 350 more as a daily, it feels lighter and more fun to drive, my 370 has better looks for sure and more power without a doubt, i have race them stock vs stock and the difference is clear, however the 370 feels a little heavier and bigger (which it is) Another noticeable difference is that the 350 feels more like a raw sports car or "tuner" the steering wheel is firmer and the shifting feels more aggressive purposely unrefined, ready to be driven hard and be modified, the 370 has a stronger engine tho and interior is definitively nicer, i drive them every year at the tail of the dragon and handling is also noticeable different.
It would've been better to compare a 370z vs an HR 350z, the difference between a DE and HR is massive, however the difference between 350HR and 370 is very small, Still great video bro! Glad to see your channel growing and I'm excited to see what's coming for the 300zx

That was the 2003 version of the 350z... I believe that’s the one with the bad engine... you gotta check the ones from 2006 and up “rev up editions”

I have a 2003 and a 2007. The 2007 is the first year of the high rev. No comparison. My 2007 would chew my 2003 up. I would smoke that 370 but then Im not rolling exactly stock 😛
I own a 350 and personally I prefer it due to the more curvy styling and the fact that rocket bunny makes a kit for it even tho it lacks power compared to the 370

And the 370z is my drifting car and showcase car

Between the two, id probably go 370 for a daily driver, 350 for weekend warrior. My reason? 370 is more refined, a bit more high end, some features that make it overall more comfy. 350z is cheaper and mods are a bit cheaper, a little easier to work on, not quite as reliable but overall i just feel it's better if youre planning on building the shit out of it for the money. Currently owner of 2011 g37s coupe

Once owned a 350Z in The Netherlands , was a very nice experience. Due other priorities in life I sold it. As in general cars like this are much more expensive here to buy. Still aiming on a Z (probably the 370) sometime in the future. I mis the beast from the east!
I owned a 350Z and my wife is driving a 370Z now. 370Z is muuuch better in all aspects. Ive also experienced a G35 or skyline. They hv nth to compare with the 370z.
I prefer the 370Z Nismo over any other Z. The 350Z is awesome too! I own a clean and original 77 280Z and a 78 280Z project. Planning on buying a Nismo 370Z next year.

Personally, I don’t know if an automatic 7 speed 370Z is faster than a manual 6 speed 370Z.
However, stock vs stock, I heard the auto Z is quicker than stick.

After totaling my s2000. I went straight to Nissan dealership by international mall with the insurance check at my first year at fiu in 2005. I bought a white base 350z loved that car so very much as at now 14 years later thinking of buying back maybe the 370z. Honestly, the aesthetics of the 350z on some departments are better. I hate the gauge clusters on the 370z. So many pointless gauges and badges. Not much of power difference. Love some of the curves on the 370 but 350 I feel is classic. I can afford either car now. As I have a family car Audi Q5 tdi which I love as well and looking to relive my highschooler days. Have to say the better bargain is with the 350z. Classic look. Looking to stay stock as you grow out of the racer look as you get older. Drive safe as I have had a couple close calls!

I just bought a370z a week ago and love it, I've never driven a 350z or any other z for that matter before this. I had a 2001 porsche boxster before it, for only 6 months, then it got rear ended at 55 mph, while I was sitting at a stop light, but it got me the money for a 2010 370z manual coupe. So ya the porsche name is good for value if u come across them lol

My z test pipes were put in within 50 mins at awdtuning in Flower Mound tx. Fast Intentions and No check engine light!

I've had 3 DE 350zs, if you think test pipes are bad try doing headers on one lol I paid my mechanic 600 to do them and he was throwing tools across the shop, cussing up a storm saying he would never do them again, and this is the guy that did 2 motor swaps on my v6 accord for 600 each and never complained

Very hard to make the 350z look just right and sound right but when it does it’s nice but the 370Z just looks amazing just with rims alone. I had a 350z de and now a 370Z 2014. Been building my channel along with the car I’m sure the Channel will grow more when I do some aftermarket body parts
