Synopsis:

So this is basically a live action jackie chan adventures notice the white guy in the back of the limo at the beginning has the same voice as the main villain in the cartoon and looks like him too but with shorter hair so much of this movie reminds me of jackies cartoon which he should've made a live action already
Yeah the voice of Valmont in Jackie Chan Adventures is the actual villain (snakehead) in this movie.
